Stayed May 24, 2024The view from the large, covered porch was spectacular. Wonderful to sit out on the rockers in the morning with our coffees, family members joining us as they awoke. Young adults had a wonderful time hanging at the dock and swimming in the river. Lots of hang out space inside with a huge kitchen and island for preparing meals and serving buffet style. Multiple refrigerators for multi-families beverages. Had some great ping-pong tournaments in the game room. Layed out in the front yard watching the amazing starry nights. Only complaint - bed layout. So much square footage for one bedroom suite that only had a double bed in it. 12 of the 28 sleeping spots is in a double bunk room with trundles. Just keep in mind who's going into which bed and not just consider that it sleeps 28.

The most beautiful, clean, luxurious home. We can only pray we will get the privilege of staying here in the future. So thankful!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025The house was perfect for our group of 14. We ranged in age from 53 -75 so the elevator and large accessible rooms were appreciated. The porch and large living area were great for us to gather and relax. The office space was quiet and offered comfortable space for those that had to work some during the week. Beds were comfortable. Rocking chairs were wonderful and a great place to enjoy the breeze on the deck. We were please to see dolphins a couple of times near the pier. We did not use the 4th floor loft area because it only contained futon type beds. Are only complaint was the house is not actually in Hilton Head like we thought. That said, everything - shopping, grocery, etc. - was within a 20-30 min drive. Owner communicated well and was responsive to our questions. We highly recommend the home to other groups.

The accommodations are simply first-class, with all of the high-end amenities and decor one would expect, plus so much more! Want to fish? Kayak!? Rock on the porch? Host guests for dinner? Stayed Jul 20, 2024Our family had a wonderful time for our annual family reunion. The hosts were fantastic and easy to communicate with. Whether lounging around the house, doing yoga on the dock, or swimming in the bay, this home provided a great space for our family to get together and make lifelong memories.
