.First line luxrury villa. No car needed ,Tram stop 1 minute walking.

Just returned home from a 7 night stay at this villa. We absolutely loved it! Host was very helpful and informative when we checked in giving us a tour of the villa. The two sitting rooms and two kitchens came in very helpful as we were a family of 8 people. We loved that the villa had so many extra towels and was literally a one minute walk from tram stop. Our party ranged from 2 years - 60 years old and it was easy to get around with use of the tram. We loved the outdoor space and private walk down to the beach (although pebbly) for a swim in the sea! The view from the villa is exceptional. The pool isn’t heated but our 2 year old had no issues getting in the water for about 30 minutes at a time. We’re really pleased with our stay and would recommend to other families. Thank you :)

Unbelievable property. Very clean and ample entertaining areas. The views and private access to the beach were amazing.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. I miss waking up to those beautiful views. Great size, we all loved how there was so many different spaces to sit and eat or just relax with a book. The villa is quite dated and I think could do with a bit of attention in certain areas, however that is made clear in the pictures and the price, it also has a lot of charm and you really felt you were in an authentic Spanish home which I loved. I think the house particularly the kitchens especially the one downstairs could do with a really good deep clean. It’s the outside space that makes this villa special. The tram was great and easy to use. Location is good. Had good communication with the host one evening we came back to our air con not working we let the host know and he had it fixed within an hour. All in all we all had a fantastic holiday here and I would stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at this charming holiday home in Spain. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel truly welcome—they are exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and clearly have a deep love for their beautiful home.The property itself is stunning, with plenty of character and thoughtful details throughout. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the tram and close to the lovely town of El Campello. It made exploring the area both easy and enjoyable.Inside the house, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool during those warm Spanish afternoons. While the kitchen could use some newer utensils, everything else was well-equipped and functional.All in all, this place was a gem. We truly loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated getaway.

the house's location was probably the best I've ever lived in. the sea below, a tram around the corner that takes you to both Alicante and Benidorm. magical spots by the house to sit, eat food, play games, and socialize. I can really recommend this place without hiding anything. German

Nice house with bathrooms for almost all bedrooms. The host was nice and answers all questions. The pool and garden is nice. Very close to the tram station. The only things we missed were a supermarket and a restaurant in the area. It was easy to reach by the tram. But you have to adapt to the time table. I Can anyhow recommend the house and the host.

Excellent Villa with beautiful views and very good amenities. Great for adults and children. Everything provided. There are a few restaurants and bars 10 minutes walk away and El Campello is 10 minutes away on the tram. Will definitely return.

There is nothing “luxury” about this home. When I booked, the listing said there were two king beds—but there was only one king and one full. The owner blamed translation, but it was clearly inaccurate. At check-in, we received one key for 12 guests and outdated coffee makers. The washer/dryer setup was unsafe—leaking water, full of lint, and lacking instructions. No fire alarms or extinguishers were present.We had no hot water for days and needed a plumber three times during our stay. Plumbing leaks were so expected, the owner asked us to empty a bucket every few days. The home was dirty—floors, linens, and furniture left everything grimy. Wi-Fi was weak and unusable in many parts of the house. Lower-level areas were filthy and unusable.Despite paying nearly 9,000 for a family reunion, the owners took no responsibility and blamed us for issues. A refund was denied, and Vrbo offered no help. I deeply regret booking this property and hope my review spares others the disappointment we experienced.P.S. I have photos and videos documenting all of it . Advert is very accurate. The interior is a bit dated, but the pictures reflect that. Excellent location, with beautiful views. Ample accommodation, with 2 kitchens and loads of outdoor space. A stone's throw from the water, we had a great time. A beautiful place.

When we first arrived we were disappointed as only one bedroom was ensuite on the second flloor. There was one shower and toilet on the ground floor with no bedroom. On the second floor two bedrooms shared one bathroom (four people).There was also a bathroom with jacuzzi but no toilet. On the first floor there was bathroom which was shared with twin bedroom and 4 beds in a sitting room. We called the property manager because the shower on the first floor had no hot water and also the 2 showers up stairs where not working properly. These were fixed by 2 cleanes and the help of my husband. The sheets on one bed were torn which were replaced by cleaners. Overall the property needs updating. A bad smell in kitchen sink on the 1st floor. Had to sweep leaves up everyday to keep the place tidy. It was not worth the money charged.

9 of us stayed in this villas in August age range from 11-82. On arrival we were met by German who arranged our transfer from the airport. He gave us lots of information on arrival about the surrounding area and the villa itself. The outdoor space was amazing, so much bigger than the pictures show. There were lots of shady spots which was great as it was 30+degrees. There were also lots of sun loungers around the pool which were clean and a good size. The gate to the beach provided direct access to the beach. The beach is pebble so sea shoes are a must however we found an easier way to access the sea just around the right side of the villa. The beds were comfortable with shutters on all the windows however we left them open to allow the sound of the sea to lull us to sleep at night. The kitchens were well stocked with everything you could need. There was also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms 5 in total! Included 3 good showers one bath and one toilet room on the bottom floor which was handy so you didn’t need to go upstairs from the pool. There is also a shower outside near the pool. There was a lift in the property however we didn’t need it Towels were provided Which saved in packing The tram is a 5 minute walk away and you are just 2 stops from El Campello (less than 10 mins), we also had a trip to Benidorm (around 50 mins on the tram) All in all it was a beautiful villa and we had a fabulous stay.

We have stayed at many villas in various Countries however, this villa offers excellent transport links less than a minute away, sea views and easy access to the beach. We were a party of 9 and found it so spacious and a bathroom for each room. Had a fabulous family holiday and would definitely book again.

Absolutely amazing place

lovely villa in a great location overlooking the sea, we went with our children and grand children lots of space for the kids to play, located close to a tram stop making it easy to visit the surrounding area, plenty of restaurants in easy reach by tram. The owner were very friendly and helpful a lovely holiday all round.

A group of 8 female friends, the villa was perfect with so much space, a great location with the tram so close by, on the beach with a great outdoor space, lovely landscaping. We had 2 shopping deliveries from Mercado which worked brilliantly (no car). There weren't any shops or bars locally that we could find, but you literally had to hop on the tram at the end of the road and you could go to Alicante, El Campello, Benidorm very easily, and cheaply, which we did. The lift in the villa was really helpful, the beautiful terrace which we decorated for a friends Birthday, the lovely clean pool and watching the boats, swimmers and people out paddle boarding right in front of the villa was fab! German was very helpful and accomodating, thank you. We will definitely be back!
