Stayed Jul 17, 2025The apartment itself was wonderful, well equipped and suited our family very well. Excellent management by Alvaro and the owner, small issue on arrival was taken care of efficiently and with good communication.Very easy to get into Alicante city on the tram, the beach was only steps away and several small grocery stores are only a couple minutes walk away.My only complaint was not about the actual apartment, but the complex itself, there is quite a strong anti-tourist sentiment within the complex and they made it very clear when we visited the pool & pool bar/grill that we weren't particularly welcome (my children speak enough spanish to hear and understand the comments made), a shame but it didn't really affect our stay.
