ACCOMMODATION: maximum capacity 10 people

INVENTORY AND COMFORTS OF THE HOUSE: Upon arrival you will be shown the house, the comforts and facilities available. During the tour of the interior of the house, you must verify with our housekeeper the proper functioning of lights, lamps, fans, televisions, rehearsing blinds, kitchen equipment, appliances and clothes area to verify that everything works properly, also in the area of the shelf and the pool, you will also be indicated the operation of the accordion doors in the social area.

BATHROOM AND POOL TOWELS, BED CLOTHES: the Villa is fully equipped with bath towels, pool towels and bed linen. Our housekeeper will give you a bath towel and a pool towel for each person, she has the duty to deliver them counted and she will receive them at the end of your stay.

VÍVERES: In the main park of Quimbaya there is a small Olympic shop where you can buy everything you need. Inside the condominium, next to the goal there is a shop where you can get some basic market items.

SECURITY RECOMMENDATIONS: Although the site is safe it is important not to leave valuables unattended, all rooms have a safety box, we recommend you store valuables there all the time, and especially when guests are absent, you must share This information with all travelers, there is never enough prevention measures. If you are leaving the house alone, verify that all doors are properly closed and secured.

REGULATIONS OF THE CONDO: Guests must comply with the regulations of the Condominium, among others, the music must be kept at a volume that does not disturb the neighbors. Violation of any of its rules will result in penalties, which will be assumed by the guests.

In Casa Campestre Jagüey 21 we respect Law 679 of August 3, 2001 issued by the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, we are against child sex tourism and other forms of exploitation and sexual violence. If he commits this crime, he will be punished with imprisonment, in accordance with the provisions of said law.

Do not trade or traffic illegally with cultural property, as it is penalized through Colombian laws, decrees and resolutions, specifically the laws of prevention and protection of heritage: Law 103 of 1991 and its decree 904 of 1991, law 397 of 1997 and its decree 833 of 2002, law 1185 of 2008.
