Beautiful villa with history, manor house built in 1910, overlooking the Vigo estuary and San Simón Island.
It is located next to the sea and a short distance from Vigo, Las Islas Cies, National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.
This house of modernist style, is known when in the 20s of the last century it was the setting for different magazines and used for the film Carmiña, Flor de Galicia.
Among its owners was the Vigo painter Elina Mólins Fernández Chao, sponsored by the painter Francisco Pradilla, one of the great Spanish painters of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and years later owned by Gerardo Campos (president of Vigo's Electric Trams) and visionary of the bridge of Rande.
