The idyllic holiday home La Acequia is situated in rural surroundings, between the municipalities of Firgas and Valleseco, in the north-central part of Gran Canaria. This old traditional Canarian house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan, an 1800 W electric cooker (imitation fireplace), an electric heater in the bathroom, a dehumidifier, a washingmachine, two televisions and a high chair (on request). The nearest supermarkets are less than a 10 minute drive (4km) away in the nearby villages of Valleseco and Firgas, although there are more local amenities in Las Palmas, the island's main city, which is a 20 minute drive (22km) away. The distance from La Acequia to the airport is 40km and to the main tourist centres in the south of the island 60km. Any tourist attraction in the North, Centre or Cumbres de Gran Canaria can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
