The pretty village of Palaia is just 5̷9;km away and features two restaurants, a small grocery shop and a pharmacy. A wider range of shops and a supermarket can be found in Montopoli, about 15 minutes away by car. The surrounding countryside is perfect for exploring, with several beautiful towns within easy reach, including San Miniato, Vinci, Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa. Florence (63 km), Siena (84 km) and the coast (50 minutes) are also excellent options for day trips.

The impressive stone-built villa is surrounded by manicured gardens with mature trees providing natural shade. Several seating areas and a large dining terrace invite you to relax outdoors. A short path leads to the 19-metre pool and adjacent children’s pool, set beside a vineyard and framed by a well-kept lawn  - a truly idyllic spot.
