Fantastic villa with spectacular pool and views, free WiFi, 5 mins from beach.

Wonderful view, great pool and surrounding area!..

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location is a short drive to supermarkets and Kyrenia town, but quiet enough we did not hear any traffic or noise during our stay. There are shops/restaurants/cafes nearby to stock the massive fridge for meals, and use the outdoor bbq for dinner. Upstairs is air conditioned, so the bedrooms were kept cool during the night - we kept the doors open downstairs during the day to get some air through the property. The pool is the big selling point. It was cleaned and topped up twice a week, and is great quality - no cracked tiles or signs of ware and tear. Any issue we had, Trevor responded very quickly to ensure we had everything we needed.

The villa was everything we hoped for. Loads of space, the pool area was fantastic.The area was a little disappointing, lots of roadworks made getting around a bit of a challenge. This wouldn’t put us of returning as they are obviously trying to improve the road network.Overall a great holiday, lovely beaches, some great restaurant and beautiful villa.

Excellent pool area although could have done with more shade because of the intense heat . Lovely kitchen area although again stifling hot as no A/C downstairs . Overall a lovely villa in an excellent area . Walkable to a shop and indian restaurant which served us well on the arrival day

Property was easily accessible from the Main Street very spacious the swimming pool was the highlight for us. The property manager was supportive and helpful The only things that were disappointing was the property car hire agency their service was poor and very unreliable. I recommend you arrange your own car hire There is no smart TV at the Property so for sports lovers and trying to relax with a Netflix movie was limited we used our laptops and the WiFi was limited in the main bedroom. The property offers a collection of dvd movie library option…. A manual on the use of appliances location of switches would be useful as all appliances were switched off on arrival. Otherwise the property was a good property

Everything was amazing with the property, and the pictures online do not do the villa justice. Such a fantastic pool and bbq was great too. The host was great and very efficient in helping with hiring a car and transfers to and from the airport. So many things around the villa to visit, shops, bars, casinos, it is a lovely area with the beach very close to the villa. 10 min from Kyrenia centre and weather was unbelievable. Will definitely return to the same villa in the future.

Trevor was so very helpful nothing is too much trouble .we have stayed in many villas in various places and he was definitely the best host we have experienced . I think I asked him too many questions; he was very patient with us. He helped arrange our transfers to and from pathos and our hire car. At the end of our holiday he arranged for us to spend time in a local hotel before we travelled home. The villa pool is large clean and very warm. The area around is large and clean. The beds are comfortable and the seating outside is lovely. We used the b b q which worked out well. Be prepared for occasional power cuts, there are candles in the house. There is an Indian restaurant within walking distance which was great. If you like to spend time with other English people( ex pats) go up to the village where there are a few bars and restaurants.We absolutely loved Bellapais, the restaurants there are very authentic and the views lovely. Our favourite place during the day was a beach club called shayna. Reasonably priced. Another nice thing to do is visit the Etel winery. Great wines again not expensive. Thank you Trevor for allowing us to stay in your house and being so helpful.

From booking, right the way to checking out, communication with Trevor was excellent. The villa is amazing, just like the pics show, just perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely re-book.

Fantastic swimming pool! Great location with car hire as so close to everything. Villa had everything we needed and highly recommend. Some great local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Taxis found us hard to find but cheap to use when they do locate you. Host was lovely and really helpful with making sure our stay was straightforward.

Lovely modern and spacious property with a nice pool and gardens in a quiet neighbourhood between Kyrenia and Bellapais Abbey. Close to everything we needed including shops and restaurants within walking distance but would recommend a car. The whole process from airport transfers to car hire was very professional and well organised by Trevor the host. He was extremely helpful and even arranged a camp-bed for my elderly mother so she could stay on the ground floor. Highly recommend Trevor and this property. A great base to explore the north of the island.
