Welcome to The Summer Retreat – Little Piece of Paradise close to Beaches

Our second stay at this very comfortable bungalow. We love the outdoor space which offers a great shaded area and also plenty of space for sun seekers. Enjoyed eating by the pool some evenings too.Very well equipped kitchen. Spacious living area. Everywhere was beautifully clean when we arrived. Pool was cleaned regularly during our 2 week stay.Host is easily contactable and was very responsive during our stay. Also arrange the airport transfers and hire car. The road is very quiet. There is a large hotel in walking distance (a torch is useful at night as the pavements are uneven) that is good for cocktails. There is also a great coffee bar and also a fast food restaurant in the hotel building. Otherwise, you really need a car.Great relaxed beach club with restaurant 5 mins drive and lots of restaurants 5-10 mins drive. Short drive to the Turtle centre (SPOT). We booked an evening visit to release the baby turtles.A very relaxing stay

We stayed two weeks at the house in July 2025 and had the best time. The house is beautiful, very spacious and well equipped. It was quite hot so we especially appreciated the pool and the AC in all of the rooms. Beds are all super comfy and we cooked a lot of delicious meals in the large kitchen. We loved the outside area with lots of lounge areas and seating options. If you are looking for a house in Northern Cyprus, you cannot go wrong with this home away from home! Highly recommend renting a car though.Thank you, Hayat, for helping us with airport transportation and car rental. And for giving us a late check out. Communication with you could not have been better/easier. We hope we will be back one day!

Villa furnished beautifully, kitchen very well equipped. However, I strongly feel it was not checked over prior to our arrival. Lots of hiccups,TV not working, no BBQ, towel rail hanging off one side, shower head broken, no instructions for the safe, all fixed over time, but inconvenience and hassle for us. The main issues were a major construction site nearby, one large hotel and several villas being built, which created considerable amount of noise and dust, it also blocked the sea view that the villa was advertised with, which was one of the reasons we chose the villa.The villa next door was also being refurbished, contributing even more noise.We were not advised of these building works, either at the time of booking or at any point prior to our arrival. I called the owner on our first day to raise the issues she said she would give us a full refund if we preferred to relocate elsewhere. We are all over 65 first time in this area, and had no idea where else to go, so decided to stay. This in hindsight was a mistake, we did not realise just how noisy and dusty it was.Another major issue was the pool,the first time the pool men visited, I told them it wasn't clean, they said it needed chemicals and salt. The water still didn't recirculate properly therefore leaving insects, leaves and dirt floating in the water, obviously the pump was defective.They finally replaced the pump, but sadly only 5 days before we left the villa.

We had a wonderful stay, the location was just perfect – peaceful, yet still close to shops and restaurants. The house itself was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the charming details in the decor and the beautiful garden, where we spent many cozy evenings. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We felt completely at home here and will definitely come back.

We had a lovely time. It was everything we needed, quiet, private spacious and comfortable. Towels and bed linen were really good quality. Owner was hugely helpful with taxis, hire car and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

The villa had all that we needed. Down a quiet street off the main coast road. Good AC units throughout which are on timers so you do have to switch them back on in the night if you need more than 2 hours cooling. We didn’t find this a problem Well equipped kitchen with air fryer, microwave, full size oven and gas hob. Large fridge/freezer. Very comfortable beds Pool area was wonderful with a very comfortable covered outdoor sitting area to escape the sun or relax in the evening. Also very comfortable sun beds. Could not fault the villa and would definitely return. We hired a car as the heat and roads not great for walking anywhere. Fantastic beach club 5 mins drive which also had a great seafood restaurant. Overall, a great stay.

The bungalow is just amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. We thought ourselves very lucky to have found this property. Hayat was great, fixed any small issues we had, arranged our car hire and her welcome pack was lovely and informative. You really won't be disappointed staying here. Thank you Hayat for having us!

I've just got back from a lovely 2 week break at this stunning villa. Communication with Hyat right from the start was excellent. The villa is beautiful and is equipped with everything you would need. Half way through our stay the cleaners came in and did a fantastic job! We also arranged our car hire and transfers through Hyat, which was very easy to do. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Spacious and comfortable inside and out. Nicely decorated with modern, well equipped kitchen. Lots of lounging areas, both covered and uncovered, around the pool. Quiet, well kept neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning a return stay for later this year
