The Finca Sa Vinyeta is located on a 19.000 m² plot north of Artà and fascinates guests with its Mediterranean charm. The Mallorcan country house offers a living/dining room, a winter garden, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (one with a single bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 6 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a cot and a high chair. A well-kept driveway, lined with a lush,green lawn and palm trees, leads you to the beautiful traditional building and the furnished outdoor areas. There are several covered and open terraces with dining areas and lounge furniture, a barbecue, swings, a soccer goal, a ping-pong table and comfortable hammocks stretched between the shady trees. The absolute highlight, however, is the large pool! Refresh yourself in the cool water or relax on one of the numerous recliners you will find on the stone terrace. Here the worries of everyday life are quickly forgotten! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are situated in the centre of Artà, 3.8 km away, and Cala Moll, which awaits your visit with its beautiful sandy beach, is only 15 km away or a 22-minute drive away.

Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. About 600 sheep live on the neighbouring property.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at the Finca. Maria was very helpful, and it was lovely to have fruit and drinks etc in the kitchen when we arrived. Maria also provided useful information about supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The property itself is very spacious, with lots of room for all of us to find a relaxing spot, and the pool was lovely to cool off in. Our family had a memorable stay.
