Family friendly villa, Quiet area 10 min from Stockholm and 5 minutes from beach

Our Villa is 180 square meters which occupies a property of 1,500 green and lushus square meters. It has a spacious terrace; and is suitable for a maximum of five people (2 + 3). The garden is spacious and contains a swing set, slider, trampoline (with safety net) and a hamock in the shade.

It is a quiet area with a forrest, with running trails, around the very corner. Very little traffic and fast exit to the main road to go into Stockholm. Many families live in the area. You are closeto public transportation, 8 minutes walk to the bus, or train, to take you to Stockholm. If you want to go swimming, the beach and an outdoor swimming facility are only a few minutes away by car. One of Sweden's largest shopping malls, Täby Centrum, is just a few minutes away.

The Villa has three floors, with two bedrooms (1 master bedroom and 1 room for kids) and two bathrooms, as well as a 1,500 square meter garden. Our Villa is fully furnished with a Jacuzzi (spa) outside (which can be enjoyed all year), sauna area inside, outdoor Weber gas grill, Netflix / HBO, TV in every bedroom and in the living room, x-box, home theater system , alarm, Wi-Fi and a full-house Sonos audio system (including outside). All the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.


GROUND FLOOR

The main entrance places you on the top floor, where you enter the spacious living area (80 square meters) with bathroom, living room, TV room and kitchen. In the living room, you and your loved ones can sink into a comfortable sofa and chill area. In our TV room you can choose to watch Netflix / HBO or Swedish TV on a 55 Samsung Smart TV or enjoy our home theater system.

The large and beautiful kitchen (30 square meters) .It is fully equipped with refrigerator / freezer, indiction stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and silverware, Nespresso Latissima Pro, toaster, blender, and microwave. The kitchen is also linked to the dining area, which is furnished with an expandable table. Throughout the house, you can enjoy a beautiful green area.

The kitchen has direct access to the terrace where you enjoy all evening sun. With direct access to the spa pool and the grill.

From the hall you can access one of the two bathrooms and the kitchen. A large glass window serves great lighting in the kitchen. In the hall, you will also find the 12-step staircase to the basement floor.

SOUTERRAIN FLOOR

The master bedroom (20 square meters) has a large closet that you will have full access to. A large glass window allows you to go to bed and wake up facing the garden. The bed is a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Enjoy a 50 Samsung Smart TV with HBO and Netflix. The bathroom on the basement floor, has a shower, jacuzzi, sauna and a separate WC. In this area you also find the washer and dryer (Miele).

The second bedroom (18 square meters) on this floor has a bunk bed (120 cm x 200 cm, 90 x 200) with a 46 ”LCD TV, toys and a Nintendo Wii.

You can also access bikes if requested.
