The property was clean, everything functioned appropriately, the communication with property management was timely and informative. The Ledges location is great for golf and for quick, easy access to restaurants and shopping. We consider this a great option for a long weekend golf trip. I cannot think of a single improvement. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were adequate for 4 golfers staying in separate rooms, and many more if you take advantage of the bedroom with multiple full beds. Gathering area was large enough for a much bigger group for a central gathering place. Great value. I would recommend this property to my friends and family if they were traveling to the St. George area.

Everything was clean and tidy when we showed up, the unit was exactly as promised, and checking in/out was as easy as could be. The community pool across the street and the private hot tub were perfect after hiking in Zion NP. I do have two minor critiques: 1: When I texted the customer service number because of an issue with the pool fob I never received a response. 2: fireworks aren’t allowed but there’s nothing in the information we were sent or in the binder in the unit that says so (I made sure to check both before lighting any fireworks), and the only posted sign we found was so small and not even faced a direction that you’d see it when driving in so we had no idea until security came to stop us. Overall, I would still highly recommend this property.

The kitchen, jacuzzi, and bed situation worked great for our group! Dan is also the best host and was very accommodating for our group.

We had a group of about 15 ranging in age from 4 to 67 years old. The property was great. We appreciated the private hot tub and the proximity to the swimming pool.We took a couple of day trips to national parks, so convenient and gorgeous.The host was available, responsive, and attentive without being at all overbearing. I recommend this property and would happily rebook.

Nice place. A few issues, but nothing to make it too unpleasant. The microwave was out of service, one of chairs was broken. The table felt too small for the size party possible.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed from the beds to the towels to the kitchen! It even had the perfect floaties and pool toys for our family.
