Facing the sea, 1rst row villa, exceptional seaview, pools, fine sand beach

The villa is ideally located close to the pools. The views to the sea are magnificent. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The landlord is really dedicated and communication was very smooth.

The place is just beautiful. The sea view from the kitchen and the living / dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything u need. The beach 3min on foot. Lucien and Ana are nice hosts. Good value. Good energy!

We had a really enjoyable week at this villa despite the weather not being perfect. It is just as described with everything you might want. It is in a fabulous position very close to steps down to the beautiful beaches, tennis court and pools but with an expanse of green lawn right outside. The roof terrace is a great sun trap. Nice walks left or right along the cliff tops and nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can choose to be away from it all or at the centre of things, depending on how you feel.

Our villa was everything described. Lucien, the owner, was very helpful ahead of time, and made our arrangements easy. The location, with grass in front and an unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean and the church of Our Lady of the Rocks, was superb. Well-appointed, with everything in fine working shape, the villa easily accommodated five of us from the United States and the UK, including our 6 year old grandson. The swimming pools and restaurant are but a few minutes from the villa, and even on cooler windy days, the covered pool was a blessing. The general location offers easy travel east or west along the lovely Algarve coast. At this time of year, the area is quiet, with few people in residence. The beach, down a long flight of steps from the pool area, is unsurpassed in beauty and serenity! We are happy to recommend this villa to any holidaymakers, particularly those who are seeking peaceful and quiet time together.

It is a very nice and complete house with a wonderful view. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. It's a quiet and relaxing area and everything you need is nearby. For me .... A TOP HOLIDAY !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Really beautiful place to stay.Well equipped, spacious and in perfect condition. Nice and quite area, a peacefull private roof terrace overlooking the ocean. The beach is just 5 minutes walking, cleaned and free pool area. Fantastic walks along the coast just out of the door......! La casa è perfetta, pulita, spaziosa e in posizione ottima; zona tranquilla a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalle piscine. Assolutamente raccomandabile !

The villa is very well located, with unobstructed, beautiful views of the ocean. The housing estate is attractive and quiet (in november) with lots of greenery. The house itself is well-equipped: pleasant living room with good chairs, spacious kitchen with all amenities, excellent beds and two complete bathrooms for each bedroom. The heating was certainly sufficient, even though outside temperatures were pretty low for November. The tourist office in nearby Armencao de Pera has free wifi hotspot and an excellent walking guide on the Algarve.
