FABULOUS 4BD HOME IN CAPALBIO W/ PRIVATE POOL & GARDEN, MINUTES TO THE BEACH!

My family and I had been dreaming of our trip to Tuscany for a long time, and our dreams really came true while staying at this property! The villa has a beautiful garden surrounding the home and it is extremely peaceful.. the interiors are wonderfully decorated and feature unique art pieces hanging on the walls, that come directly from the owner’s private collection. We spent most of our time outdoors and in the water, either in the pool at the villa or at the beach nearby, which was very easy to access. There are many activities to do and places to see in the area, so I highly recommend asking the owner for her recommendations, she was more than willing to give us information to help us get the most out of our experience! The villa and the village of Capalbio are truly magical (with great dining options).. my family cannot wait for our next Italian vacation!

This villa far exceeded our expectations, it was cozy, quiet and immersed in the most beautiful landscape! The location is just perfect, close to the beach (which we reached on a bicycle each day), to Capalbio (a stunning medieval town) and to a few really great restaurants! We have thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the private pool and also dining outside on the terrace.. The host was super nice and helped us with many tips prior to arrival and during our stay. We will be back for sure, next time for a longer period!

The villa was everything we expected and more. Lovely property situated in a true Tuscan setting. The villa was Tuscan style, which is the experience we all had hoped for. Be sure to have the chief come in to cook dinner on site, it was wonderful, and she was great!

The weather was very hot and the house being dark inside meant it stayed reasonably cool. The bedrooms were great with aircon and mosquito nets. However the insects were bad this year but I don't think the owners of the house could be held responsible for that! The house had a beautiful swimming pool which had been very artistically designed and surrounded with attractive plants. It was a lovely place to be as there were great sun beds with a shady cover for the hottest hours in the day. We v much enjoyed the cinema system and thought the villa could do with a few more English language films. it was fun watching them in the evenings. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans although some of the cutlery was a bit dated and the coffee machine (Nexpresso) probably needs to be replaced. That said, it was a very stylish place to stay. Everyone was helpful and we enjoyed our time very much.

Family holiday, house is lovely inside, beautifully refurbished and very comfortable. The gardens are incredible and huge, with a beautiful pool. Good sized kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms are air conditioned, with good sized beds and en suites. Nice area to stay in, long beeches, excellent restaurants nearby. Very relaxing house.

We were a group of four adults and four (quite young) children and spent a week in this lovely villa. Everything worked perfectly and the villa was convenient with the kids. The pool has a shallow end so that too was very convenient with children. The owner organised a cook for us for couple of evenings and the food was amazing. There are also restaurants within a short drive away and at least one within a walking distance. Location was very good for exploring the surrounding areas and going to the beach.

we had a great holiday in this very special house! the location is great, you can go to the beach in 10 min., go to visit Tarquinia, Vulci, Tuscania in half a hour, or go to Rome for the day in just a little more than an hour. The house is very well decorated, with great taste and very nice contemporary art works, mixed with antique furniture. the owners have been very nice, they invited us for a drink and for a tour of the garden, that is really a wonderful and special garden, and quite unique! we suggest this place, and hope to come back soon!

I've been delighted to stay in this wonderful ambience and been hosted so kindly by the owners. There is a beautiful garden and the pool is in a magical surrounding. The house is new and decorated with great taste.

Incredible place for a relaxing and fun vacation! The villa is near a gorgeous beach that we went to almost every day. Some days we just relaxed on the sand enjoying views of the ocean, or we rented bicycles and toured around Calpabio which was so much fun, my kids had a blast! The owner was so sweet and accommodating, she gave us helpful information about the area and really made us feel at home..thank you! The house was so beautiful as it is tucked away within lush greenery and surrounded by trees. Inside the villa were magnificent archways throughout each room and rustic wooden beams lining the ceiling that gave a real Italian feel. I can’t thank the owner enough for making our vacation so amazing and something that we will treasure forever!

What a beautiful and unique villa! I’m so happy that we chose this place where we got to enjoy not only the gorgeous property but the beautiful beach of Capalbio and the Argentario peninsula as well. The villa was very charming with a well kept garden and a lovely terrace where we enjoyed dinner or a glass of wine on almost every night :) Since my family and I love the ocean we spent most days relaxing on the beach, going for a swim, and strolling around the coast on bicycles..it was just what we envisioned plus more! We really appreciated the Italian style home (lots of interesting contemporary art hanging on the walls) that made us really feel like we were on vacation, the place was immaculate and beautifully furnished (the kitchen was wonderful to cook in). We would love to come visit again next year, and highly recommend it!
