Exquisite Lake Front Villa: Private Cove, Sauna, Pizza Oven, Kayaks, SUPs

Beautiful property, close to best towns by boat. Our boat captain was always available and very helpful. Hose staff was lovely.

Our family came for Christmas. The location was pretty and we had a nice time! We hired the cooks which was helpful! The only thing is that there are scorpions. The property is fun and nice though.

From the moment we stepped off the plane we were in great hands! Erynne has curated a team of amazing people to ensure a seamless, stress free holiday. The house is situated in a private cove. The grounds are absolutely stunning. Venturo and Pascual take incredible care of the property and made sure the suana was ready each morning for our swim and sauna daily ritual. We opted to have dinners made for us each night and enjoyed the outdoor pizza oven for lunch one day. Raquel and her sister made delicious feasts. We used the private Water Taxi service to visit each of the small villages. We also loved our day trip to ChiChi. Mona the house cat was a welcome addition! Thank you for an unforgettable trip.

This property was so cool- built into rock cliff on the lake with amazing views. We were two families and had plenty of space. We utilized the chef options several times and the food was delicious. The manager and caretaker are all very helpful. We also loved our launchero, Franco! We did hike to the towns on either side of the house. It was recommended to do this in a larger group, and we did not have any issues and the views during the hike are breathtaking. Our entire time in Guatemala was an unforgettable experience. It was especially nice to come back to a quiet home after visiting the busier towns along the lake.

This property is like a dream. It lives up to all of the photos and then some. The grounds are stunning, the swimming cove is amazing, and the house is so unique. The staff that cares for the property are warm, kind and caring. Everyone in our group loved the food and they did a great job accommodating some food allergies. The food was so fresh and high quality. It was easy to feel at home immediately and hard to leave. My partner and I had a small wedding on the grounds during our stay and we couldn't have imagined a more beautiful setting. If you have a chance to stay here, do it!

This place is a hidden gem- the setting is idyllic and the rocks make it feel like the only villa on the whole lake. The owners were easily reachable, and helped organize all sorts of extras (you MUST attempt the pizza oven) and connected us to drivers and lancheros to get around. We used the kayaks and paddle boards, marveled at some of the best gardens we’ve ever seen, and felt absolutely relaxed. We will be back.

We came here for a group friends trip and it was absolutely amazing!!! We would highly recommend staying here. From the amazing property manager Erynne, who is always available for questions, to the lands keeper, to the cooks, everyone was so kind and helpful. The only downside is we were all adults, and the 4th room with the 2 queen beds were only accessible by a small little ladder, and the ceiling was definitely low. Not ideal for adults, absolutely ideal for children. We weren’t aware of that, so we had 3 adult females in the tiny attack but we made it work. Other than that hiccup, it was fantastic!!! Our first night we had food prepared and it was fantastic! One of our favorite meals! We had a price boat guy who took us anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. He even hung out with us a couple times! I love this place to stay, and hope you do too!
