Everything! 3/2, FREE golf & 4-seat cart, RESIDENT passes, pets, near Brownwood

We had a wonderful stay at this home near Brownwood Paddock square. Our host, Joni, was very responsive and provided everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. We loved having the outdoor space to enjoy the Florida weather. We hoped to return next year, although this property is not available for our selected days. Therefore, we will be staying at the home across the street with the same host.

We had an awesome stay! The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need — the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were all fully stocked and thoughtfully set up. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, and relaxing. The golf cart was a huge plus and made getting around so convenient. The host was wonderful — very easy to reach and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

House had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The house and appliances are in excellent condition and very clean. Golf cart was a big plus and an easy ride to rec centers, Brownwood and multiple golf courses. Having the resident pass made scheduling golf easy. We had no trouble getting T-times. The host Joni was easy to contact and always responded very quickly.

Host was great to work with. Area was convenient and short drive to anything you need. House was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again!

This home in Collier, near Brownwood, was a Beautiful home that my family stayed in for the week. We came down to The Villages to visit family and this Collier home was a wonderful stay as we golf carted around and played golf, fished, played pickleball, and listened to music in Brownwood throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

When we arrived at the property, we were very pleased to find everything was spotless. As we started cooking, we opened the cabinets and a fully stocked kitchen greeted us. Anything you could want was provided in the home. The beds were very comfortable and towels were lush. The golf cart was fun, driving to rec center, squares and supermarket.We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again someday.

This is a fantastic property and it is located close to amenities within The Villages. You'll love the quiet neighborhood. The home feels just like being at home and they've thought of all the things you'll need during your stay. I especially appreciated stuff like plastic wrap in the kitchen for wrapping up left overs, along with all the utensils you need to prepare a meal.

I came to The Villages to visit my son and ask some close friends to join us. Everything was neat, clean, and ready to go. We only had one complication which Joni ( Hostess) came and addressed right away. It all went smoothly and we definitely would stay here again and highly recommend. Wow! This was our first time ever to visit The Villages and this property was perfect. Why? Location, location, location! It’s near the Brownwood paddock Square. It’s near the Eisenhower rec center. There’s an adult only pool very nearby. Also two golf courses and another rec center all within walking distance.. The golf cart was a nice benefit too! Looking forward to coming back!

The home was clean and well provisioned

This home is clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The location is perfect! Very close to two recreation centers, Brownwood, and a Publix. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe there. The golf car is in excellent condition and was full of fuel ready to go. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in maintaining their properties

House was perfect for 4 older adults! Clean and well equipped.

The home is so warm and welcoming. Exactly as described and more. Very close to Brownwood Paddock Square which is full of great reastaurants, shops, and nightly entertainment. Owner is available if needed. We had an excellent time and highly rerecommend this home.thii
