Was clean and functional

This is a spacious well designed home for a group or family to share.

The unit was perfect for our getaway in Esperance - an easy walk or ride to the beach and town.

Everything was just as in the photos. The place was absolutely spotless throughout. The linen is good quality. The beds are comfortable too. Plenty of spare bedlinen if required. Nothing negative to say at all. It is in a good position regarding beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great location, very clean and tidy, plenty of room for the family, well stocked kitchen and great shed to store all the bikes and surfboards. Really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed at this property before and loved it so we decided to book it again. On Stayz they showed photos of the 2 story property we had stayed in and we booked it as we were taking guests to Esperance with us and thought they could have the upstairs with a view. There was also 4 adults and a toddler so we needed the 2 bathrooms. On arrival we realized we had been put in unit 2, a single story with only 1 bathroom! I called the owner who at first just blamed me booking the wrong house and then blamed Stayz and claimed it had nothing to do with her. She said if I had booked the 2 story house I would have paid much more and that I obviously booked the smaller house. It was a public holiday so we were stuck with what we had been given unfortunately. The next day we went to make breakfast to find the frying pan had lost all of its non stick coating and was rusting, the cutlery hadn't been cleaned and utensils were completely covered in oil and had not been cleaned at all. I messaged the owner and she came and dropped off new utensils and a frying pan for us. The house is nice in a great location and overall a ok place to stay however it is poorly managed and advertised incorrectly. We would never stay there again and we suggest if you are looking at this property double check which house you are booking.

This property was very appropriate for our stay, walking distance to resturants and town and centre to all the attractions we just loved it was quiet and very accommidating just what we all needed for a well earned break, if anything the photos dont do it justice its modern and well kept thankyou for the lovely time we had, we will be back for sure.
