Stunning and well appointed. Close to everything. Absolutely loved our stay

Wow, what a home, beautifully styled and very comfortable. We booked for the Christmas week and even had the most beautiful Christmas tree. Our group had six adults and two kids and there was more than enough room … I am not just talking beds, there are three different sitting areas as well. The courtyard was an added bonus we had not thought of, we ended up having most of our meals at the big table outside. We will definitely be back.

Excellent communication. Lana is a great host and seems to have thought of everything for her guests. The property is immaculately presented, well designed and cosy. There are lots of places to curl up with a book and some great areas for entertaining. It was the perfect place to celebrate our special family birthday. Loved the fireplace, upstairs tv room & balcony and outside area and table tennis. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend.

Uncle Ron's is a comfortable and fully appointed home in a quiet street, close to the centre of town and about 5 minutes' drive from the start of the run of stunning beaches and headlands which stretch west from the town. Our hostess, Lana, was the model of helpfulness, sorting out a couple of extremely minor problems rapidly and happily. The entire experience of staying in an outstanding house and soaking up the scenic magnificence of the Esperance coast to the east and west of the town made this one of our most enjoyable holidays.

Everything about the property was top shelf.House is beautifully decorated & well maintained.Kitchen is well stocked with glassware & crockery.Beds were very comfortableHost was most welcoming.We (4 friends ) thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful time at Uncle Ron's. The home is so beautiful, spacious and clean. It everything you could wish for and more including a lounge room upstairs with a huge TV and a downstairs lounge room. The pantry and kitchen was stocked with everything you require. Lana was excellent with communications and so kind. Thank you so much. We would have loved to stay longer.

A high quality and thoughtfully put together home which has everything you could need for a great stay in Esperance. Located close to town. The property has 2 great indoor entertaining areas which are very comfortable. It also has a nice garden terrace perfect for a relaxing drink and conversation. A huge garage enables you to park 2 large cars in the shade. The host was very responsive and attentive and we appreciated the complimentary items left in the house. A great place to stay in Esperance.
