Enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside in this lovely villa, for 6 people and with a private pool, on the outskirts of Lloseta.



On the outside of this beautiful villa, you can enjoy a superb swim in the private chlorinated swimming pool, measuring 8 x 3 m and ranging from 0.6 to 1.8 m deep. It is accompanied by 3 sun loungers, although you can also relax on one of the two Balinese beds. Going down a few steps from the pool, you access the porch, ideal for eating and dining, with a barbecue, outdoors, or having a drink at sunset in the armchairs. They also have a terrace equipped for this purpose in another corner of this house. The plot, fenced, offers around 4000 m2 of land.



The property has 2 floors. On the upper floor are the living room with A/C and TV-SAT, located next to the kitchen, with a ceramic hob, which communicates through a marble peninsula. From here, a couple of steps lead to the dining room, also with A/C and access to the pool. The 3 bedrooms in the house, all with A/C and three with wardrobe, are located on the ground floor. Three of them offer a double bed and the fourth has two single beds. One of the doubles has a window only with a view to the interior of the house but offers access to the terrace. In addition, two of the bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are two more bathrooms with a shower in the house, one on each floor. 1 cot and 1 high chair available. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



This farm is located on the outskirts of the town of Lloseta, where tranquillity is breathed and the atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. It offers the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Nevertheless, Inca is just 5 minutes by car, where there are many more services and its traditional Thursday market. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, 32 km away.
