Stayed Dec 31, 1969Absolutely wonderful vacation villa with everything a family of 17 people can wish for. Most of all, Vicky and Konstantinos were the most generous, thoughtful and welcoming hosts which we felt from the way they welcomed us to every single detail in the house. We really had all we could possibly wish for. The house itself is very comfortable and ideal for big families. It has an amazing swimming pool to hang around when we are too lazy to go snorkeling in the beautiful bay. The balcony was big enough for all our meals and our morning coffee and evening drinks with a breathtaking view of the bay. And of course there’s the well-equipped BBQ area which we used to grill the fresh fish we bought from the local fisherman who passes every day. The beach is nice and calm (although with less dramatic landscape than in other parts of Greece) with slightly difficult access due to a few sea urchins in the first 2 meters. This makes it less ideal for small children but nothing a 9 - 70 year-old can’t handle. While the village is quiet and small, it has a couple of nice tavernas and there’s the beautiful village of Amaliapolis a short drive away. Things to do in the area: Meteora and Pelio, both must-see in Greece and both about 1h30 away by car. Thank you Vicky, Konstantinos and Elena for the beautiful welcome and the wonderful vacation. The Batran-Chahrouri family from Palestine and Lebanon

Stayed Dec 31, 1969the staying at villa Ananda exceeded my expectations! we were a group of 16 people and we were incredibly lucky to find such a perfect accomodation, which was also cheap. the locaton is simply perfect, overseeing a beautiful gulf, surrounded by nothing but trees, plants and flowers, and facing sparkling crystal clear waters. on the right of the villa, 5-10 minutes walking distance, there are several tavernas and restaurants serving cheap yet very nice food. on the left of the villa, 10 minutes by car, is located the small town of Amalipolis, with restaurants, tavernas and clubs. in the nearby village of Sourpi there is a supermarket, as well a other shops, gas stations, farmacy, etc. 45 minutes southbound is the town of Acchilleos, where you can get boats to Skiathos and Skopellos. big cities such as Larisa and Volos are 45-60 minutes by car, driving north. the villa boasts a marvellous pool, very nice and clean rooms, 2 perfectly furnished kitchens, as well as sauna, jakuzzi and a million-dollar view patio. i would definitely suggest this property to any group intending to spend time in Greece.
