Elegant villa in exclusive LaVanta estate, private pool, lush gardens & sea view

We had a wonderful stay! The villa is beautiful with spacious clean rooms, a lovely sea view from the balcony and a lovely garden & pool. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need. Sila was very responsive and helpful, she also booked our transfer from and to the airport.The villa is an easy, cheap, five minute taxi ride into Kalkan centre, where there are a lot of shops and restaurants.When you feel like staying put, next door to the villa is the La Vanta clubhouse where you can use the enormous pool, eat nice food and drink cocktails. The Villa is lovely, communication with the owner was excellent and the added bonus of a larger pool and clubhouse within the LaVanta estate was brilliant. The villa is very well equipped and maintained. We all had an amazing stay and time in Kalkan.

We all really enjoyed staying here - the Villa is so lovely and the perfect size for 4 adults. Its literally a 2 minute walk to the LaVanta club house where there is a beautiful infinity pool with amazing views and a restaurant that serves great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a great BBQ night on a Wednesday. You can press a button at the club house and a taxi arrives within 5 minutes to take you to the Harbour where there are so many restaurants and shops and boats to take you to beach clubs.

Beautiful & very clean villa with a lovely pool and garden to relax in. Sila is a 5⭐️ host who was very quick to respond to any questions & all information needed to make our stay comfortable. She arranged airport transfers, gave us info on all local services & who to use for boat trips etc. I would highly recommend this property & Sila. Thank you Sila

Fabulous villa in a lovely setting in the hills 5 mins drive from the centre of Kalkan. Very clean, well equipped villa in a small complex which has a huge communal pool and clubhouse - restaurant and bar with helpful and friendly staff. Sila, the host, could not have been more helpful and answered all our questions promptly, provided lots of useful information, tips and recommendations, organised our airport transfers and even put wine in the fridge! It all added to a lovely stay - thank you.

The property is in a wonderful estate 2-3 miles out of town. This is its biggest draw though as you don't hear any of the music from competing bars in the town. It is at the top of a hill so 3-4C cooler than Kalkan. There is a fab communal pool with a lovely bar and staff (best daquiris in town) and nthe bar has a taxi call button. press the button and 5-10 mins later a taxi arrives it's 120 TL (£3.5) into town. Apartment is comfy, air con throughout the only negative is the beds are very firm and squeeky. Sila, the owner is magnificent and couldn't be more helpful.

The villa was in a wonderful hillside development a 5 minute drive or taxi into town with great restaurants and bars. There is also an amazing clubhouse with infinity pool and restaurant a few metres from the villa. The villa itself was spotless with modern decor, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy outdoor pool, terrace and garden which our two year old grandson enjoyed immensely. We stayed in on several evenings and had a lovely meal on the terrace. Sila gave us lots of information about the area and responded very quickly to all our questions prior to departure. Would thoroughly recommend for a family holiday

Returned 2 weeks ago from holiday, where we fell in love with Kalkan and this lovely villa. My husband and I stayed there with our 2 sons ages 18 and 22 and we all had an amazing time. The views from the balconies were lovely, waking up to those views was just a delight. The garden was a joy to sit in too, in fact I think the dent I made sitting on those bean bags at the end of the garden may be there for some time! The villa was lovely and clean and the kitchen was one of the most well equipped I have ever come across. The air con was fab and really easy to control with handsets for each unit. WiFi worked well too, good enough for streaming with no buffering. The communal pool was a real bonus, lying on my sun lounger with a Strawberry Daiquiri, looking out over the sea, quite hard to beat. We were there the first 2 weeks of July and at times we had it all to ourselves. When it did get a little busier, we could always get a sun bed / umbrella. And it’s literally only a minutes walk from the villa, if that. We hired a car, but not sure we would bother next time. You can go to the club house and order taxis really easily to get into the old town, which is only a short drive away. Once in Kalkan we were spoilt for choice where to eat. We had some of the best food ever, with some of the best views. Sila was great host, super responsive and helpful and even arranged our transfers for us. She really was a joy to deal with. Hopefully we will return one day soon!
