Stayed Aug 28, 2025The home on the advertisement was not the picture of the home we stayed in. The kitchen sink has a hole in the faucet line. The washer smelled like mildew and has cake up residue and hair. There was a lot of dust on the side of the fridge, washer and dryer. There was stsnding water in the dishwasher. The oven wasn't clean so my daughter cleaned it before use.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025The house was very well kept, in a nice area with many amenities meant to please. Such as the grill and cabana in the back of the house, and the beautiful rain fall shower in one of the bathrooms. The host left helpful notes on the fridge detailing places near the house we could go, and procedure for taking out the trash. in a nutshell the house was a perfect place for my family vacation.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025The property was in a great location but property maintenance appeared to be lacking. For example, bad light bulbs, kitchen chalking was cracked and black, TV in living room wouldn’t turn on. The wall speaker cover behind the TV was barely hanging on. A fan in one room on the first floor had a part that had fallen off. The door lock would not take the code when I got back to the house. Another guest was there so it wasn’t an issue.The property did not have a playground as shown in the images. This was one reason we selected this rental for the kids. There was a climbing thing in the back for the kids and they were content with it. This was shown in the images.Another observation was the lack of cleanliness. Walls appeared dirty in parts of the house. On one room door in the first floor next to the bathroom there appears to be a drop of dried blood on the door. I received checkin instruction and check out instructions prior to checkin. These instructions said the property manager or host would provide the PIN to the door upon time for checkin. I didn’t receive it and reached out an hour later to the host on the instructions, who responded fast and provided the PIN. I checked all emails and VRBO and the even made another account with EVOLVE to see if the PIN was there but it was not. Instructions for checkout on the Fridge were also outdated. It was a different POC and had different instructions from what I received from VRBO and on EVOLVE.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024This home was perfect for the 17 of us, it never felt crowded. The ocean, walmart, shopping, everything you could want or need is within a short drive of the property. We would love to come back!!
