The space
Nestled in a corner of the property, Villa Aqua is the ultimate in privacy and privilege. Featuring a beautifully landscaped gardenwith private terraces and a large, garden set swimming pool, it is the ideal choice for a relaxing family vacation or as a celebration venue.

The charming Villa Aqua is luxurious. The dining terrace overlooks the pool and the pool terrace overlooks the forest and Mediterranean floral surroundings. You will happily dive into the terrace-set pool and enjoy the, outdoor dining area and its stone barbecue. Villa Aqua’s first floor offers unique views over the surrounding countryside.

The villa is set on a 2000m2 plot, with Mediterranean flowers surrounding the pool terrace and has forest views. This modern classic style villa with beamed ceilings sleeps 8-10 persons.
The fully equipped modern Chef’s kitchen has all conveniences.
The open plan dining area and kitchen has a large, wooden table seating up to 12 persons.
The large living room has a large screen TV, sound system and beautiful views.
The stone covered terrace has a custom made granite outdoor table, seating up to 12 persons, and a wood-burning barbecue.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1, the villa’s master bedroom, has an Euro king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Its pergola covered terrace is furnished with sun loungers.
Bedroom 2, has an Euro king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub.
Bedroom 3, has an Euro king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4, located on the main floor, it has an Euro king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Istria Nuova is situated in the middle of Istria, about a 15-20 minute drive from Pula.
Its central location means it’s ideal for exploring the Istrian peninsula.
The villa is in the peaceful village of Režanci, 7km from medieval town of Svetvinčenat.
The village of Režanci has a food shop, open daily, for basic shopping needs.
The closest pharmacy is in Svetvinčenat.

Getting around
The closest beaches - whether you choose the West, East or South coast of Istria - are a 20 to 30-minute drive from Istria Nuova.

Each villa's kitchen is designed for your cooking pleasures, with Bosch appliances, high-end necessities and a Gaggia coffee maker. The 50m2 area comprising the kitchen and living room connects to the outdoor terrace.
