Deluxe 1 BR Ocean Front , King Bed, ELEVATOR, Pool, LINENS & Screened Porch

We picked this condo based on location. It was on the beach, close enough to see/hear the waves from the balcony, it had a king size bed, and was a better option than a hotel room for us. Robyn communicated well, we had everything we needed, and had a good stay.

Amazing stay! Such a quaint little place with amazing ocean and sunset views. Robyn was such a great host and had a whole folder of food recommendations and fun activities to do during our stay. The check in and check out process was easy and no fuss. Loved the direct beach access, our little one wanted us out there every day. Definitely will be coming back!

This property was perfect for the two of us and very comfortable. Robyn has everything you can think of that you might need. The screened porch is great to leave your sandy things and the front balcony is great for viewing the ocean. Would definitely stay here again and Robyn was great to deal with.

Very clean. Host is very responsive. Cold a/c. Roybn is a great host. It is on the 4th floor with a great view on both sides. Great view of sunset.

Nice little condo! Right on the beach, pool is close by. Very pleased with our stay. We had everything we needed right in the condo - this never happens!! We travel with a bin of stuff like paper towels, dishwasher pellets, trash bags, and we only dug into that the last day. 2 porches! Cool and comfortable!

The property was exactly as pictured, decorated nicely, and clean. On the small side, but big enough for two people. Oceanview from the balcony. A bonus screened in porch at the front of the condo is a great place to kick off your shoes and store all of your beach gear. Also has a view of the sound. The only problem we encountered was the elevator out of order for part of our stay.

Robyn was a wonderful hostess, had everything we could need and was available when we had questions. It was just a quick walk to get on the beach, and the deck had a great view , it was a wonderful place to sit and relax and read a book while listening to the waves . Loved the quiet of the condo, felt private , which was what we were looking for. Would definitely book with her again .

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days, and it was a great vacation. The unit was very clean, the views were great, the bed was super comfortable, and Robyn was in touch with me from day one making sure we had everything we needed. 10/10, Definitely would recommend staying here for your beach getaway

Everything was great

We enjoyed our time at North Topsail and Robyn was very attentive to any questions we had. Based on the listing the unit was further away from the pool and beach than we anticipated. Having a physical disability, using the steps is extremely difficult and walking to the elevator and then to the pool or beach was quite tiring.

My host could not have been more helpful. We will be back.
