Delicious Villa 150 mt from the sea

The lady who liaises with you only speaks Italian, so we used Google translate without any problem! We hired a car and that was such a good idea for the holiday. There is not a beach at the bottom of the road but a jetty and the sea. The nearest beach was a 7 minute drive away. The pool was salt water not chlorine, which again, no problem! Its a very friendly little complex and the neighbours were so friendly. They all have dogs so there is often alot of background noise. Thank you for a lovely stay! Kate, Alec and the children.

Was a lovely place. Clean quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely and we really loved the baby pool for our son. The only thing it didn’t have was a kettle but we made do. Highly recommend this property. It’s got a small supermarket 10 mins walk away and the beech is a 10 min drive away. Brilliant !

We loved our stay , the property was really nice , lovely garden and a lovely quaint fresh water pool , the estate was quiet and very close to lovely Poetto beach ... we loved Sardinia

Maurizio's house is a pleasure to stay at. It is located in an older gated community close to the beach. The house itself is newly renovated and nicely decorated, the kitchen contains a gas oven and is well equipped. I cooked almost every day and I found anything I needed. The garden is nicely decorated and perfect at any time of the day to to relax and have breakfast/coffee/dinner. A barbecue is available. A very well equipped supermarket is located close to the house: try the wonderful selfmade salsicca on the barbecue - this is Sardegna at it's best. The bedrooms were spacious and are perfect for people who enjoy to sleep on a firm bed. As it was end of October/beginning of November, when we stayed we could have used a thicker cover. During day, however, it was perfect with a minimum 22 °C. Louisella is the very kind keeper of the community. She showed anything to us even though it was quite late when we arrived. Maurizio, thank you for the wine/water/Sardinian specialities! We would love to come back!

This holiday home is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The caretakers were very helpful and accommodating as is the owner. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely go here again. Although I would reccommend car hire if you go early season as we did. Overall very, very good. Thank you.?
