villa with panorama

My family of three (all adults) stayed in this beautiful villa. It is a true gem. The view from the terrace, from the living/family room and two of the three bedrooms is just breathtaking. Every evening you will watch the most beautiful sunsets. The outdoor area is huge and comes with a bbq area. It was wonderful to dine outside and enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The villa was very well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms and laundry). There was plenty of supply of almost everything! The villa is very well appointed and has a modern/ stylish touch but nevertheless comfortable feel. It was very clean as well. The supply of bathroom towels as well as beach towels was a big plus as well as the beach umbrellas.The host, Davide, was very friendly and helpful. He is a true host and takes pride in his villa and it shows. He was very helpful and answered all our questions asap. He recommended the most beautiful beaches, great boat rentals, shopping places, historical sites and restaurants...(the list could go on and on).At the end we didn't want to leave Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were quite impressed with Davide’s villa. It was clean, everything was functional and very comfortable. The view is exceptional, especially at sunset.

Very impressed with this property. Very central to the City, the great beaches, restaurants and markets. A vehicle is necessary but we knew this when we booked. Davide made sure we had anything we needed and was always available. Will stay there again if we return to Sardinia.

Davide was the nicest landlord I have ever dealt with. He was very accommodating and let us stay in the house way past 10 am on the day of our departure, as we had a late flight. He is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house offers a great view and easy access to Cagliari and Villasimius. Furnishing is nice and modern. We were 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. You also get a good workout as there are plenty of stairs to climb. The only drawback is that you really need to drive everywhere, there are no trails close by, only option is to walk along the street.

Exceeded our expectations. Easy check-in process and a lovely warm welcome. The hosts were very responsive and nice. The house is lovingly appointed and we immediately felt at home. It’s very peaceful - you feel like you are alone in the area. We will be back!

We had a great week, everything was exactly as described, and as the pictures look like.. We often rent vacation condos, this was a perfect one. Well cleaned, well equipped, we really enjoyed every day. Davide and Orialis are perfect hosts, flexible, and we could already start our stay at noon.. Important: Rental car is a must, and you have to walk a lot of stairs..

we enjoyed very much the appartment and the fantastic sea view during our vacation. The owners Davide and Orialis were very polite and helpful. Everthing needed was there. It was very clean and in good shape. We specially liked the modern design and the large terrace. It is perfectly located to discover beaches nearby but also Cagliari.

We spent 10 days here with nice weather. The house was great! Well equipped. With a beautiful view on the sea! The owner of the house was very friendly. If we come back to Sardinia, we would choose the house again!
