We stayed here for one night after our cruise. Hosts were very kind and communicated promptly. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, perfect for our family. Quick 6 min drive to the airport.

Very clean, lovely host, as advertised. We stayed one night prior to flying home to be closer to the airport. Close walking distance to cafes, grocery store, and pharmacy.

Excellent communication with David! Booked somewhat last minute for our family of 4 the night before catching an early flight at FCO. He welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. Very clean and comfortable. Free parking spot right out front. Also very walkable to waterfront for lots of restaurants. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay David!

David is an exceptional host: kind, attentive, professional and helpful. His property is clean, quiet, quaint, and very welcoming. In our 4 week trip around Italy, this is our favorire property and our favorire host.

We only stayed one night but overall, it was a great place to stay for our layover. It was convenient to the airport and not too far from the center of Rome. The apartment was clean and David was very helpful getting us in and settled. The beds were not really beds, more like cots and a pull out couch. A friend staying with us had his feet hanging off the end in his room (he is very tall though). Those smaller cots are good for kids.

David was an exceptional host - kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was spotless, modern, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the heat wave. Despite being close to the airport, we barely noticed any plane noise. David also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

We only stayed 1 night, layover for a flight the next morning. We enjoyed walking around the beach area, lots of restaurants. The house is very nice, the 3 bedrooms give you plenty of space for a family of 4-5. Coffee bar with water in the fridge, is a nice touch. Thanks for the hospitality!

David was very friendly very accommodating. Talk us through everything in the area where we should go eat quickest route to the beach and reserve the cab for us for the next morning for a flight.

Everything was great! Host is very responsive and kind, went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Outdoor space is beautiful, just needed grass cut. The bathrooms were new and beautiful, The bedrooms are small but doable. Only one queen bed, the other 2 are fulls, which are not good for couples. The pull out couch is a queen, but the mattress is thin and could use a topper. Otherwise, all was perfect!

David and mother were great to talk to getting all the information we needed during our short stay. Highly recommend this vrbo.

David was Genuinely a fantastic host. He was extremely accommodating and super communicative. David was always an email or text away for suggestions, actually mor e conversations that provided insight and wisdom to the best ways to get around Rome as well as some great Restaurants to enjoy while we were there. The property was cozy warm and welcoming. David takes Greta pride in his home as well as his guest experiences. Would highly recommend! Thank you David .. we will see you again!

Great host!

David's apartment was great for us, even though we only stayed for one night. It was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. A little bit of street noise but no big deal, more of a residential area as compared to downtown Rome. Had enough choices of restaurants, grocery store, etc within walking distance of apartment. Would definitely stay there again and would like to make use of the outside kitchen area, super cute!

David and his family are amazing. The apartment was perfect. 15 minutes from FCO. Maybe the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The restaurant just down the street was delicious and delightful. There is everything you need to live there already stocked. He even arranged a cab to pick us up. 5 stars PLUS

David kept in touch as we travelled to Rome from Venice. He met with us upon arrival. He is a very friendly respectful person. The house is as described with a beautiful outdoor area. I would recommend this place.

We stayed there for 1 night. David lives next door and was super nice, welcoming and informative. The apartment is not very large but very well designed and equipped so there's room for everyone. Super clean and tidy. The outdoor are is simply charming, couldn't help from hanging out there is the evening.The area is very convenient, close to FCO and many restaurants nearby.Overall, a very enjoyable stay for a one night connection at FCO. Would book again under similar circumstances.

The apartment has Two bathrooms with showers, Nice . The front yard is very nice with an amazing outdoor kitchen with grill and plenty of seating!! for a private place to hang out in Rome look no further !! Good WiFi too!!!

David was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, including information about local restaurants and ensuring we were all set up for transportation to the airport. The home was so lovely including the outdoor area that felt like an oasis.

There is more to Rome than just “Rome”. This place felt like home from the communication of our host David, to the outdoor space and restaurants that are walking distance which offer wonderful food for great prices. Multiple supermarkets close by. Beach is 5 minute drive. We also drove to Ostia Beaches which are beautiful and about 25 minutes away. Also a short walk to s small water front path with great seafood restaurants and outdoor seating. We have travelled well over 25 times same person and This beats most trip we have been on and best VRBO we have stayed at. Ciao David and Grazie Mille!!!!!

Apartment and garden are wonderful and peaceful! And, having a washing machine was a huge plus!Additionally, David is a great host. Can't tell you how amazing David was. We were just staying one night due to an overnight flight in Rome. Our flight was delayed and we canceled our reservation with David since we were going to be coming in at midnight. The airline was supposed to be giving us a hotel, they canceled there offer and I texted David at close to 1am to see if we could still use the reservation. He was so kind and accommodating! He met us at the property, had wine ready for us and had a car called for us next morning to go to the airport. You can't get any better thoughtful service than that! Wish we had a longer time to stay at his lovely place - really cute front yard to relax in, large bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Thanks, David for your kindness!

I needed a nite in Rome due to airplane connections so we chose something close. David was most generous & we had one of the best meals - at the mouth of the Tiber river The morning we left there were gale winds & our host offered to block the apartment in case travel was cancelled. Our host, David, met us as we arrived and explained everything about the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The Asian themed decor was lovely and warm. David’s communication with us was spot on. We were only able to stay one night as we were leaving back to the states the next day. David also arranged a taxi ride to the airport for us! I would highly recommend staying at this very comfortable home!

David's place was great and David was a fantastic host. He was so communicative and helpful. He met us when we checked-in and showed us around the apartment. He even scheduled our van to the airport the next morning. The apartment is 5 minutes from FCO airport and a perfect location for next day travel out of Rome. The apartment is close to numerous restaurants. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The next day our flight out of FCO was delayed and did not depart for 24 hours. David checked in to see how our stay was and I shared our frustration. He offered to host us another night and help with any trouble we might have that was caused by the signifiant delay. He is a great host and a very kind, helpful person. Highly recommend.

David's apartment was very convenient for our early morning flights from the Rome airport. David was very communicative before our arrival. David also arranged for a taxi for us in the morning, which appeared right on time. The airport is a quick 10 minute, 25 Euro taxi ride from the apartment. At arrival we were greeted by David's parents who showed us the apartment and also the local take-out pizza shop for our late dinner. This is a charming apartment and very convenient. We would stay at this apartment again.

David was the most gracious host ever who immediately met us on arrival and welcomed us with open arms! The villa was absolutely stunning with many personal decorating touches! The property is very safe and secure with a gate and a special feature of having the host right next door. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne which we toasted with our great host, David. David provided great dinner recommendations as well! Best location near the airport whether you are leaving the next day or just arriving to Rome. You won’t find a nicer host or property anywhere in the world! We can’t wait for our next visit!. Thanks again David for everything! You are the best! very safe and secure

This is such a great place to stay for an early morning flight as it is a 10 minute ride to the airport (as opposed to the 45 minute ride from Rome). David was in frequent contact with us, met us for our late arrival and gave us a quick but thorough orientation including restaurants and mini mart within a block. He arranged for our 6 am van (too much luggage). The home is easy access on the ground level, well-equipped and immaculate. This will be the ONLY place we will book before a flight departure from Rome in the future.

David's place was an excellent location to stay for our early morning flight back to the States. David was a very helpful and accommodating host and his parents, who helped check us in, are as sweet and authentic as you can get! We highly recommend this property for your stay.

David’s apartment was clean, well appointed, decorated with class, and easy walking distance in numerous great restaurants by the canal. But what really made our stay special was David. We warmly greeted us and walked us around the property. He helped coordinate two different taxi rides for my family. 6-stars for David!
