Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we were told there would be minimum supplies - stress minimum. The showers had the type soap you get at a hotel and could only use once. We bought soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, kitchen detergent, etc.

TV in family is 20 inches too small. The internet connection was not great for streaming TV. Not a place we want to come back to, but just OK for the time we were there.

The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with dinnerware and bakeware. My husband enjoys pickleball and took advantage of the nearby courts at Sterling Heights Rec Center. Because we were centrally located it was easy for us to get to any of the town centers for the evening music entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Prefectly located Villa in the Village of Tamarind grove, pool located next to a beautiful grove of very old Live Oaks. Rental convenient to Sumter Landing and centerally located. Private enclosed patio has great west exposure for enjoying the warm winter sun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was good and we enjoyed our stay. However, we were never able to get the TV in the living room working. we called and were told they would send someone to look at the issue (Direct TV did sent a signal but it still did not work). we were told that it would looked into on Monday, a little too late. Also the carpet at the entrance from the foyer needs to be cleaned.
