The 210 m² villa 'Ti-Moï' is located on the 'trade winds' coast, facing the sea where space and calm are its main assets. Quiet neighborhood, Frégate Est is located 5 minutes from the city of François where you will find all the amenities to enhance your stay and 10 minutes from the town of Vauclin, a charming fishing village, with its UCPA center (Union of Outdoor Centers) and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island with shallow bottoms.
Villa Ti-Moï is a low, Creole type house with a 2000 m² garden. Very well oriented, its magnificent 80 m² terrace is furnished and even has 4 hammocks to take full advantage of the breeze.
The beautiful kitchen, widely open and fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), accompanies the living room open to the terrace.
The 32 m2 swimming pool with its 75 m2 beach extends the veranda on the kitchen side by creating a huge convivial space.

The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with fitted storage including an additional closet in a corridor:
- 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds + 1 pull-out bed
- 2 bathrooms with WC + 1 independent toilet area (WC + hand basin).

Our family has been vacationing in Martinique for well over 10 years and for the first time ever, we found a villa that not only accommodated our large family but the large property also allowed for our children to play freely without leaving our sight. We were very lucky to spend 2 weeks in this beautiful home while in Martinique. Max, the proud owner, has remodeled it in top condition, and the house has absolutely everything you might need. The kitchen is completely furnished and easy to use, he even had coffee and filters for our first morning! What a lifesaver. The house also has wi-fi, which was very convenient, but really who needs it with such a gorgeous view? We spent most of our time outside on the patio taking in the view. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Martinique. Absolutely amazing! The house is exactly like the photos - a lovely place, with bright airy rooms and a wonderful terrace and a view of the ocean. Max has left everything you'll need, linens, towels, and some basic food in the pantry. He is extremely nice, he picked us up at the airport, and suggested outings around Martinique. I stayed with another 6 people, we all had a wonderful time and wish we were still there! -Jen
