Cozy villa with pool and large garden. offer 01 / 06-08 / 06/19

We stayed at the villa during the June heatwave. What a relief to an have airconditioned bedroom and a superb swimming pool to cool off in.Inside the villa, there is plenty of space to relax and everything you need for preparing food. However we spent most of our time in the pool or sitting reading in one of the many seating areas around the villa - you can always find shade. The gardens are wonderful with fruit trees, lawned areas and many succulents in pots all around the perimeter. The garden was completely secure so our dog was free to roam.The villa was perfect for the two of us and we would definitely return.However, the highlight of our stay was meeting the owners, Frank and Imma. Two very kind and interesting people with a lovely sense of humour. Always available for advice or help but not intrusive. Thank you Frank and Imma.

Great house with multiple seating possibilities around the house. Close to the sea. Very nice hosts. Overall a great place to spend the vacation.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the house, it had everything we needed for a relaxing week. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, walking in the forest nearby, and visiting the surrounding towns. If you are looking for a nice size house with a swimming pool, within close proximity to the local towns, this is for you!

Despite the rainy weather the first days of our two weeks-stay, we very much enjoyed the holiday house. The house was comfortable, spacy and clean on arrival. The garden, with swimming pool, has several sitting areas. Imma was a very friendly and helpful host and our accidental encounters with her husband Frank were pleasant. We most probably will return in the future.

We had a lovely week in Imma’s house in Calonge. The pool was great and there was plenty of space inside and outside for us to enjoy. The house is in short driving distance of lots of beautiful beaches and places to visit. Imma gave us good recommendations for markets and places to eat.

We’ve had a very pleasant stay. The house is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. The pool is top. We were here in the summer and therefore had a lot of pleasure of the pool, terras, poolbeds and parasols. Imma and her husband were very friendly and helpfull. The house is located at short distance to the beach and different places.

We had a lovely week at the villa. Imma was an excellent host and ok hand at any time but also allowed us privacy (she lives in the house next to the villa). The pool and outside space are beautiful and worked very well for us. The pool is immaculate. The weather wasn’t fantastic despite being August so we spent more time than usual inside the house, which is fine but quite dated especially the kitchen and bathrooms. It is well equipped and everything works it’s just not the most stylish of spaces. The location is fine, just outside of the nice town of Calonge and near some good beaches (Castell, Sant Pol). The restaurant down the road is really excellent (Rio De Oro) as is the tapas bar in Calonge itself. The road to the property is terrible and the immediate area is very scruffy (overflowing bins, abandoned villas, stray cats), once you are inside the villa you don’t notice it but it’s not the most attractive of immediate surrounds. All in all a good stay in a pleasant villa!

Imma’s place is like a home away from home. It’s up in the mountains a bit so expect a mild breeze which is refreshing. You’re near to the beach and the pool is lovely. We rented a car and went to several other places which were easy to get to. This was a perfect location to get pool, beaches and city tours all in one.
