COZY CHARMING VILLA IN CASA DE CAMPO ! FULLY STAFFED!! NEXT TO HOTEL & GOLF CLUB

This was our first time visiting the Casa de Campo area of the DR and with our kids. We could not have asked for a better experience. This house was perfect... not only for the spaciousness but more importantly for the house staff who made sure that we were taken care of everyday. Lucy is an incredible cook so please make sure to ask her to make dinner for your group at least one night. The owner was SUPER responsive and very helpful with tons of tips for golf cart rentals, transportation, restaurant RSVPs, etc. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Rosa, the host, was very good at communicating before and during our stay. She even helped us arrange groceries prior to arrival.We arrived during a busy time for check in and unfortunately, you must check in for this property through the resort gates. This took about 45 minutes due to the number of guests checking in, but the time should be built into your schedule.Upon arrival to the home, Lucy welcomed us to the home which was as described in the listing. Lucy was very helpful and made wonderful food for our family. She was responsive to our needs. The home is family friendly and comfortable. We were only traveling with four people, so the space was more than we needed. The pool and furniture were also a huge plus. Many places we considered did not have as nice of setups.Unfortunately, the property has some deferred maintenance and a tired look. Pealing walls in the bathroom(s) were unsightly, but expected to an extent given the climate. The towel rods need to be reset as they appear to be falling off the walls in the master. The most concerning issue we encountered was following a significant rain event. The house had 2-3 areas that leaked in the main living area. The leaks left discolored wet floors that needed to be cleaned up that could be a slip hazard. I suspect a new roof is needed.This property is about a 10-15 minute golf cart ride to Minitas Beach and the Marina. We did not mind the drive. We would consider staying again if the issues were addressed.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house was very clean and the staff were very hospitable. Communication with Rosa was so easy, especially with hosting us 10 ladies!

Our family of 8 just returned from our vacation to Casa de Campo. The villa was perfect for everyone, including our 1 year old grandchild. We were immediately greeted by Lucy who made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Lucy made us a delicious daily breakfast, and the dinners that she made for us were just as enjoyable as any restaurant meal we had. Lucy's helper was fantastic too! The villa was always spotless, and the pool and yard were perfect. The owner,Rosa, was very responsive to all my emails and helpful in making our arrival and time at her home just perfect. We were very sad to leave!!

Really loved this everything about this villa! Lots space, clean, best staff. The food was incredible. The host was extremely helpful with making reservations and organizing carts and transportation. Could not have been better! Would most certainly return!

My family of 7 stayed here for a week and we do not have one compliant! Everyone loved Rosa's house- comfortable beds, sitting areas and large pool. The place is spotless. Large dining table made for a great game table! What you see is what you get and more. Rosa was wonderful with her communication and response time when things came up! Lucy was terrific as well! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to our return! :)

Our stay at Casa de Campo over Christmas was absolutely perfect! Rosa, the host, went above and beyond, answering all our questions and even setting up a beautiful Christmas tree to make our holiday extra special. Lucy and Fina were amazing and so helpful. Lucy’s cooking was hands down the best we had during our time at the resort, and Fina kept everything spotless while making us feel completely at home. The villa was stunning, with an amazing yard that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

This house was amazing! It slept our party of 9 very comfortably. We loved our stay here, but the only thing to be aware of is while the bedrooms have A/C, the majority of the living areas are not air conditioned. I highly recommend this property!
