“Come On and Get Happy” in Fort Lauderdale

The property was very well suited for a large group, the space was FANTASTIC. I do agree with some of the other reviews that it is a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. The bedroom pictures were a bit confusing: there are 2 primary suites on the second floor. One suite is one bedroom with a king size bed and a full size futon. The second suite is 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms, each has a king size bed. The 3rd room has the gym and access to the 2nd floor patio. The gym and 2nd floor patio can only be accessed walking through this bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom is an office space with a Murphy bed. All of the beds were very comfortable and felt new, including the Murphy bed. The house did smell like it had been treated for moths recently, it was noticeable, but not over powering.Communication was excellent. The property managers met us on site to give us a quick tour to show us around the house and provide directions for the pool and hot tub. The location was great, very close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again!

We had 10 adults, mostly couples stay here and we loved it. Morning Coffee on the dock, early afternoons in the pool, amazing kitchen for big group meals. We were all very happy

We did not stay as many days as this says for some reason. Stayed Sunday to Thursday and it was a wonderful vacation home! So clean, wonderful communication with the host who greeted us to show us the property. The home was spacious and perfect for two families to share with children. It was in a very safe area and nearby so many restaurants. Wonderful location! It had everything we could need and was one of the best vacation homes we have rented.

Management team was super easy to work with. The house was for perfect for our group. This house had something for everyone to enjoy! Pool and spa were working great and heated. Top notch.

We had a great stay overall. The house is very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone in our group, which made it perfect for our trip. The layout worked well and we were comfortable throughout the stay.The home itself is a little outdated in terms of decor and finishes, but everything was functional and the space made up for it. With a few updates it could easily feel even more amazing.We enjoyed our time and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay! Extremely clean and great neighborhood. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book again there in the future.

Only thing was the cool weather and hard to control temp in oool and spa. Otherwise everything great

House and property are amazing, but we did not have consistent hot water until the 2nd to last day of our stay. Even after it was fixed for the second time, there was still no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom adjacent to the living room. Property managers/owners were very responsive and great to work with.

We rented the property to celebrate my Dad’s 86th birthday. We were happy to see that the property had three bedrooms on the ground floor so we did not have to deal with stairs for some of our older family members. We were delighted to find that the house was even better than pictured. The outdoor space was amazing, the bedrooms were comfortable and large, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Esti and her crew could not have been kinder in welcoming us and checking in with us throughout our stay. They truly wanted us to have a fabulous time and did everything to make sure that we did. We will absolutely come back to this amazing place. Truly one of the finest gems in Florida!
