During your stay, Mina is available to assist with bookings, questions, or anything you need—making sure you feel taken care of from arrival to departure.

Guests enjoy the ease of self check-in, while also having access to our attentive concierge service. Mina and our on-island team are available throughout your stay to provide support, recommendations, or assistance—always respecting your privacy so you can fully unwind and embrace the peaceful surroundings.

• During our soft opening, we’re offering reduced rates to welcome our first guests while we refine the experience—your feedback is appreciated!

• While the villa does not currently offer a hot shower, guests enjoy refreshing open-air bathing under the stars.

• No mobile signal (Smart/Globe) at the property, but reliable Starlink internet keeps you connected.

• We recommend renting a motorbike or car, as the villa is secluded and stores are a few minutes away.

• Access road is rocky and steep; experienced drivers can drive in, or you may park before the entrance for a short walk in.

• Nestled in the jungle, you may spot harmless island wildlife like geckos—part of the villa’s immersive tropical charm!
