Our maximum adult occupancy is 16, but the house can sleep up to 18, including children. Please reach out to us if you have a group larger than that so we can make sure there are enough sleeping spaces for your entire party. We do not want guests to sleep on sofas or the floor.

Please make sure to let us know the correct number of guests (including children & infants) at the time of your booking! If you fail to do so and occupy the house with more people than announced, we will have no choice but to end your stay.

We are enforcing a strict no-pet policy for this property.

The minimum age to book is 25, and someone aged 25 or older must be present throughout the stay.

Please be advised we are strictly enforcing our no-party policy. We have a beautiful home with custom furniture, providing a first-class guest experience we want to preserve. We have video surveillance on the entry, sides, and back of the house to ensure that guests adhere to this policy. All guests will be removed from the premises immediately, and a $3,000 fee will be charged to the renter.

No smoking inside the home. Please be respectful of this house rule. We often have back-to-back bookings and must ensure our new guests arrive in a non-smoking environment. If you smoke inside the home, a $500 fine will be applied.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Per Clearwater city noise ordinance, quiet hours are from 11 pm- 7 am.
