Very large illuminated garden, outdoor kitchen with canopy, indoor and outdoor shower, ample parking, very quiet area even in summer. Discounts from the second week.
In the garden there are lemon, orange, mandarin and lotus trees.
The swimming pool is available from spring until early autumn.
Excursions are organized with a specialized company. Possibility of renting bicycles

Stayed Aug 6, 2018We had a great time in the villa. The garden is nice and green. The swimming pool is just what we expected. The house inside need some attention. But we where outside most of the time. Giovanni is a great host. He came to pick us up from the airport which was great after a long travel. So we di not had to search for the house.There are some small problems during our stay. We had lost of electricity and something with the pool , both times Giovanni solve the problem within one hour. Which is very good. A problem is ok, it is all about how it's solved. He is very helpfull. The neighbourhood is quiet. Allthought there are some planes flying over but it did not bother us. You do need a car when you rent this house because it is not near a lot of facilities. There are two supermarkets, Conad is with local products mostly and Eurospin is like Liddl. products are cheaper there and more choice. Both are 10 minutes drive away . The sea is also near. The beach which is very near the house (15 minutes walk) is small and crowded but the water is clean and bright. The beach we went is in Balestrate. That is large and good place for parking. balestrate is also nuce at night. We do recomment this house to family's and groups of friends. Thank you Giovanni for your hospitality

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa is very comfortable. The pool is clean and well maintained. The owner hands over the keys and is always available. Great holiday in a beautiful setting.
