Cheerful 2 Bedroom Villa with Golf Cart and a GREAT Location!

This was a very nice house. It was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the stay.

We were very pleased with the villa. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the place is very clean, and it had all the right amenities. Host is very responsive.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the provided amenities were great!

Great stay in the Villages! It was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our family. Sheron and Jeff were very quick to respond when we had questions. We enjoyed using the golf cart, the house was very close to the pool and Sumter Landing. We won't hesitate to stay there again for future trips to the Villages!

The villa was perfect for our stay to visit family that live in the village . Great location . Had a couple questions when we got the and they responded right away . Will hope to stay here in the future when visiting the village.

The house was nicely decorated with ample room. It is located in-between Lake Sumter and Brownwood, so travel by golf cart is convenient and fun (4 seater golf cart provided).We've stayed at several properties and this one is at the top of our list for convenience and value.

We really enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived at the house, we had some questions and the owner responded to us quickly and was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen which made it easy to wash clothes often. It really is a great place to stay.

Very quiet, very clean. Ms. Gloria was also a very good help. We'll definitely be going back.

The Villa was perfect for me and my husband. Location was great, right near a lot of restaurants and activities! The owner was so kind to let us extend our stay since we were having such a good time getting acquainted with all The Villages has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall the stay was very nice. Comfy bed, good water pressure on the shower. The golf cart was fun/nice to have. The check in and check out times seemed a bit off to us. (4pm check in and 9am check out) Not sure if these are typical for a VRBO, but both were a bit inconvenient. Especially having to be out of the unit by 9am. But again, overall a nice stay.

This home was lovely, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it and when in area plan to stay here again. Just a great place to stay!

Super happy with our stay! It put us in a great halfway location to get to Gainesville and the Disney attractions. Villa was very clean and efficient. We loved coming back and relaxing in the screened in porch to unwind from the day. Beautiful community scenery with the golf courses and community centers. The host was very communicative and the property manager Gloria is right next door if needed.

This home was super clean. The bed was wonderful!! Nice quiet neighborhood where we felt safe.

Next door neighbor who checked us in is amazing. She even gave our boys an Easter gift. The house was very clean and stocked with paper towels, soap, extras in the kitchen and much more than what other places have offers us before.

Stayed at this location for the month of March. Would have liked to have gotten the temporary resident pass so I could schedule golf without going thru friends. Nice house that must be used as rental property only. Would recommend adding a dresser in the spare bedroom and new flooring in the primary bedroom.

We loved the location of the home. It’s located between Brownwood and Sumter. The golf cart was a big plus, and having Gloria next door was awesome.
