Stayed Jun 28, 2024Very nice home. Clean and well stocked. Madrid is about 45 minutes by car which is exactly what we wanted. In the mountains outside the city. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, a very nice experience.

Stayed Apr 6, 2019This is a great find. The perfect location for some wonderful cycling in the mountains north of Madrid, and excellent walking territory too. The house was perfect for our needs. Fully detached in a quiet neighbourhood and very comfortable. We'l perhaps come in early summer or autumn next time so we can enjoy the pool!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Villa Lara is a nice little house in the upper part of the authentic and cosy town Miraflores de la Sierra. I is easy to go there by car from Madrid and car is definetely recommended if you come as a foreigner. We have been in the town for severel times for the last 10 years and every new time is an unique and surprising experience. Very much we appreciate hiking in the mountains of the surroundings og Miraflores and in the evening it is a habbit strolling around downtown seeking for the the best dining offer. From the site of the house you have a magnificient view to the south with Madrid just out on the horizon

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Cosy house and atmosfære, we spent a lovely Week on the spaceous sunny Terrace, even in october! Within 15 minutes drive to exellent and numerous climbing and hiking oportunities and only 10 minutes walk to the lovely city plaza and its many options for local dining or a coffee break in the sun. A perfekt combination for relaxing holidays.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Cosy house and atmosfere, neat and clean. We spent a lovely week on the spaceous sunny terrace - even in october! It has great views over the Madrid delta. Within 15 minutes drive from excelent and numerous rock climbing and hiking opportunities, within others we enjoyed very much trail hiking and svimming in the natural pools of la pedriza natural park. Only 10 minutes walk to the local plaza that offers local authentic dining or a coffee break in the sun! A very recommendable relaxing holiday!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Me and my family had a great holiday at Villa Lara. The property is really charming and the location is just perfect 10 minutes from the nice town, Miraflores de la Sierra. Our stay was in winter time, but we had fantastic weather - up to 15 degrees. The hut has all facilities that you need. I definitely recommend this house for families and couple that are looking for something special and authentic for their holidays.
