Charming Villa

We stayed 10 nights at the property. It is in a good location and has a lovely pool and garden area. It is well equipped but in some areas is in need of some maintenance and an upgrade.

Lovely Villa in a great location for our summer holiday.

The property was perfect for what we needed, close taxi proximity to everywhere & v cheap taxis.Natalia as a host was extremely attentive and responsive and did everything she could to be accommodating to all of our needs.As a girls holiday where you just need a pillow for your head at night it fits, we had the villa at maximum capacity and it worked well.

I absolutely loved our stay the villa was very well looked after plenty of amenities everything you would need extremely clean and the host was very fast with reply’s would definitely recommend for families lovely quiet area and only a 20 min walk to the marina would definitely come back

Really nice volla, thr hist was great and always replied to any queries veey fast. The outside area was lovely and spacious but it could do with some more umbrellas for shade. Nice area to stay and and lits of space inside. A few small upgrades would improve the villa, such as more comfortable pillows and extra shade in the garden. But they really arent big problem's and we had a lovely stay. Thank you to our host!

A group of 9 of us met up for a reunion. As we arrived we said this place looks even better than the listing online. It's the perfect place to get the most out of the Algarve region. Generally places are no further than 10-15 minute travel and the house has great faciliaties, allowing you to cook food and spend unforgettable memories around the pool. We couldn't have be happier about our stay at this beautiful Villa.

We had the best time in this villa. It is very well proportioned and excellently equipped. The kitchen has everything you would want and more. There is a dishwasher, two freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer and everything you would need for a baby - bath, cot, highchair. The outside area is perfect - pool is a great size and the steps into it are a bonus with young children. There are plenty of sun loungers and lots of grass. The bbq area is great for outside eating. I don't think the photographs actually do it enough credit. Despite it being a 25 minute walk to the marina it is a pleasant walk or only 6 euros in a taxi (as of August 2022). There are a few cafes/bars within a 10/15 minute walk if you prefer to stay local. The road train can be caught at the Hilton hotel (5 minute walk) and that will take you to the marina also. Natalia is always available to help with anything you may need and she answers your messages instantly.

We stayed here for a short stay of 4 nights. The villa is lovely with good sized rooms, comfy beds, great location, good pool and garden. Natalia was very responsive and helpful and answered our queries quickly. However, we were really surprised to find that the villa had clearly not been cleaned for our arrival, there were cobwebs and dead insects throughout the house. Shower screens, bathrooms & toilets were dirty and we found a large pile of dead insects where the children's trundle bed had been pulled out ! All kitchen items had to be washed before using as they smelt musty and cobwebs in kitchen cupboards too. It looked as if the villa had been shut up for sometime and not cleaned after the last guests left. We had to spend a few hours cleaning which obviously isn't what you’d expect from a holiday rental!

Just a couple of niggles, lack of pillows for the beds & us ladies thought lack of long mirrors in the bedrooms, & also we all thought there could be a information pack of the area, places of interest, emergency numbers & maybe bus timetable. & also instructions on the some of the kitchen appliances. We had a great week & would recomend it.
