Stayed May 31, 2023We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in Sandra and Horacio’s apartment. The location of this apartment cannot be beat. We liked that it was in the quiet end of Quarteira yet only 200 feet from the beach, close to many, many restaurants and the supermarket, Algartalhos, where the staff is very friendly and helpful (especially because we don’t speak Portuguese). There’s also a great cafe across from the entrance to the very nice, clean apartment building. The apartment is clean and as advertised. The hosts are very interested in making sure all is well during the stay. We would return in a heartbeat.

It is our second trip to Quarteira and we love the area. The location is superb, a stones throw from the beach and an inviting pool. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Well-supplied kitchen for cooking at home. Walking distance to 2 medium size markets, and a short drive to larger Continente. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Space heater available for colder days/nights. Very firm mattress (which appears to be the norm in the Algarve).
