Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got to the place we walked into an oven, they didn’t turn the fans on or air conditioning. And there was a stale smell in the place. But once we got settled into the place and made it homie, it was a great place to be. You’re in walking distance to restaurants,grocery store and the beach. Once we started using the property managers of casa Buddha it was good they were fast at getting things done and super nice As we had water issues that they took care of right away. We really liked that they had a water cooler and extra bottles. My Huatulco dropped the ball on a couple things such as pick up and taking us to the airport, i think better communication would be good. On the whole it’s a fantastic place to be the covers over the pool were fantastic gave you much needed shade. Thanks to the people of casa Buddha for having us.

The place was nice and comfortable and the management company was Awsome. The only negative was pretty much zero internet and not much better cell service at the house. We did need to work a bit so for us the decent internet is a must. Like I said house is great otherwise.

The house is very comfortable perfect for a family. We really enjoyed our stay. The only things internet and phone reception is not the greatest. When ever we went somewhere it was hard for taxis to find the house due to the fact that the name of the street is still not up.

We could walk the 2 miles(?) to La Crucasita for meals, shopping etc but super easy to get can home($3) if need be! Loved the cooking class by Alfredo! Also his own restaurant! Walked to Vienna twice for wonderful dinners& home! Beaches glorious! Want to go back every winter! Great holiday/great value in every way!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas. we enjoyed our stay. There were a few amenities missing when we first arrived. For example, there were no tea towels to wash dishes and a few other minor cooking utensils. It is missing storage options, there is only one room with a closet, so you will be living out of your suitcases. The water was not working the first night which was an inconvenience but Rodrigo, our concierge, was very quick to respond and got someone to fix it the next morning. The property manager is very quick to respond and if there were any issues, she came as soon as she could. This place is very beautiful and spacious, so it made the trip very comfortable. It is a little far away from available cabs, so it was hard to find transportation, especially after 8 PM. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet!
