Stayed Jul 18, 2024My first impressions was disappointment of how dirty the kitchen floor was. Food crumbs on the floor and trails of ants in several areas of kitchen and dining room. At least 5 areas on the walls which were patched but not painted. Refrigerator water output was very low, icemaker not working well, no extra rolls of paper towels, no coat hangers in any closets. Bought my own paper towels and coat hangers plus some tissue boxes. Then, had to buy ant killer. They came out on 2nd or 3 day and sprayed outside. The outside of home and yard in poor condition. Weeds in backyard were taller than the fence. Old and damaged wood deck. Not safe to walk on. Front of house, front door and porch lights covered with webs and dead bugs. This place was not worth the money it cost to rent. Very disappointed. Dont stay here.

Stayed Jul 20, 2022Our rental property location was arbitrarily changed on July 2nd which I thought might be a good thing since the new property included a fenced yard. Turned out to be a disaster. Upon arrival we discovered no toilet paper in the master bathroom, very little tp in the other bathrooms, and no surplus provided. No soap or body wash was provided in either shower and the shower curtain liners were dirty and moldy. The garage was full of trash which we were expected to take out the following day. Bottle caps were strewn throughout the garage and backyard. Bottle caps had been put in the garbage disposal. Kudos to Ken who responded to our concerns promptly. The last night of our stay put the capper on the visit with the air conditioning going out. Definitely not a stellar property. Very disappointing since we have used Vrbo many times and we’re always completely satisfied.
