You'll also find a Keurig coffee maker and comfortable dining space for gathering over breakfast, dinner or takeout after a long day.



🌳 Private Fenced Backyard



Step outside to the home's private, fully fenced backyard with patio seating and a BBQ.



It's a great place for morning coffee, outdoor meals, relaxing after exploring the area, or giving the kids some outdoor space.



Outdoor areas and amenities are exposed to Idaho's changing weather and seasonal conditions, so their appearance and usability may vary throughout the year.



🐾 Dog-Friendly



We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs in our home. Dogs must be included in the reservation, with applicable pet fees paid. Guests remain responsible for supervising them and preventing damage or disturbances. If you plan to bring 2 or more dogs, please reach out for approval before arrival.



Kindly note: We kindly ask guests to clean up after their dogs during their stay. If dog waste is left behind, an additional $25 fee may apply. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and welcoming for everyone. Cats not allowed.



🚗 Parking — Please Read Before Booking



Parking at Bella Ln requires a little planning.



The home has a short driveway and an available garage, but both spaces are best suited to small and mid-size vehicles.



A large SUV or oversized vehicle may not fit comfortably in either the driveway or garage. Some mid-size SUVs may fit depending on vehicle dimensions.



The private neighborhood road has strictly enforced no-street-parking rules.



Additional designated visitor parking is available around the corner.

4. Guest Access



Guests have private access to the home, fenced backyard, designated garage and permitted parking areas throughout their reservation.



🔑 Self Check-In



The home offers convenient contactless self check-in. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival.



🚗 Parking — Important



The home's private driveway is short.



It generally works best for a small or mid-size car/SUV. A large SUV, truck or oversized vehicle may not fit fully in the driveway.



Guests also have access to the garage for parking. However, the garage is similarly best suited to smaller or mid-size vehicles and may not accommodate a large SUV or oversized vehicle.



Please consider the size of your vehicle before relying on the garage or driveway.



The garage can be opened from inside the home; a garage-door remote is not provided.



🚫 No Street Parking



Bella Ln is located on a private road where street parking is prohibited and strictly enforced.



Please do not park along the roadway, even temporarily.



Designated visitor parking is available around the corner if your vehicle does not comfortably fit in the driveway or garage.



🌳 Backyard



Guests have private access to the fully fenced backyard, patio and BBQ.



Please respect any locked or clearly marked owner/management storage areas that are not included with the reservation.

Bella Ln is located in a residential Nampa neighborhood with convenient access to Downtown Nampa, shopping, dining and I-84, making it easy to reach the wider Treasure Valley and Boise metro.



The neighborhood is privately maintained and has specific parking rules, including no parking along the private roadway.



Guests should expect normal residential activity such as neighbors, pets, deliveries, landscaping and passing vehicles.



Please help us maintain a good relationship with the community by respecting parking restrictions, quiet hours and neighboring homes.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is generally recommended for exploring Nampa and the surrounding Treasure Valley.



🚗 Vehicle Size & Parking



Before arriving, please consider the size of your vehicle.



• Driveway — short; best for small/mid-size vehicles

• Garage — available, but may not fit large SUVs or oversized vehicles

• Street parking — NOT permitted

• Visitor parking — available around the corner



If you're arriving in a large SUV, full-size truck or similarly oversized vehicle, plan to use the designated visitor parking rather than assuming the driveway or garage will fit.

The street is a private roadway and no-street-parking rules are strictly enforced.



Please use only the home's permitted driveway/garage spaces or designated visitor parking.

The home offers convenient access to I-84, Downtown Nampa and surrounding communities including Meridian and Boise.

The property offers private, contactless self check-in, so there's no need to coordinate an in-person arrival.



Our local management team is available through your booking platform's messaging system if you have questions, need assistance or something comes up during your stay.
