Reviewer Comments: Group running the Snow Canyon Half found the place to have everything we needed space wise. The place was clean and in a good location. We took advantage of the community hot tub as well. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025The house was perfect!!! So clean!!! Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. Enough dishes and small appliances like crockpot, waffle maker etc..so quick and easy to get where we needed to go. Will stay there again and again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025This was the perfect place for my sister weekend getaway. It has the most beautiful view from the back patio. And a fun balcony area with lights that we enjoyed in the evening. Plenty of bathrooms for 6 ladies and the pool was so close! We will definitely be back.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024This is very nice property in a great neighborhood close to Snow Canyon. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi went out a couple of times, but resetting the modem fixed it. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this property!

A swimming pool around the corner, pickleball courts, and plenty of toys, video games, and entertainment in the home. The back porch backs up to an open view of the red rock mountains. The AC worked great in the heat of the day and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the ability to communicate with the property manager and arrange for a package to be picked up at the office on a holiday weekend. First class service.
