Champagne Sunrise - Beachfront, Sunsets,Snorkel,Swim,Pool, walk to RumPoint

Overall our stay was wonderful. The snorkel gear that is there was used everyday and very much appreciated.There was no extras backups for paper towels, also the propane tank was nearly empty. When we requested the new propane tank and the paper towels they delivered immediately which we appreciated as well. I would say the island is a must for anyone that is invested in goingSnorkeling is amazing.

Perfect vacation with our family, including three grandchildren at Champagne Sunrise. The house is beautiful and location near Rum point ideal. Enjoyed the pool, beach, kayaking, and snorkeling. Thanks for the use of the snorkeling gear! We plan to return soon with other family members.

Property was as advertised. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use some new knives. We enjoyed the pool, snorkeling right off the patio and the proximity to the beach and restaurants at Rum Point.

The house was very comfortable for our group of 6. The weather was absolutely beautiful so we were able to really enjoy the pool, beach, and snorkeling right from the house. We got one visit from Kitty Kai and put out some food found in the house for her. We had one problem that was beyond anyone’s control and was responded to quickly. We didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful property on the beach looking at the pristine waters and coral reef! Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything working, and properly decorated for the island vibe for vacation! Nice size pool or swim out to coral reef to snorkel. I travel often and my high expectations were met; I would stay again in the future.

Our first time at this property. The house is spacious and easily accommodated eight adults. The oceanfront location was perfect for snorkeling down to nearby Rum Point. Abundant sea life including spiny lobster, lion fish, stingray, eel, nurse shark, and a plethora of tropical fish! Also, included in the price of the stay is frequent access to a beach kitty, referred to by previous guests as Kitty Kai! Property owner provides almost everything needed to have a wonderful time. Books, games, snorkel gear for 4 adults and 4 children, kayaks, and so much more. Overall, a very nice rental in a fantastic location! The only shortcomings we found with this property were the occasional insufficient quantity of items for eight guests, the condition of major kitchen appliances, and debris in the pool from the home being constructed next door. Each of these things were addressed by the excellent ladies at North Coast Resort Management(the property mgr).

This property was exactly what we thought it was...Amazing! The grill, the pool, the beach, the bedrooms, the toys...all of it was so nice and made the trip even more sentimental. This is our second stay at this property. We have stayed on Grand Cayman several times and this ocean front home is our favorite. You can't beat the location. We like the tranquility of the North Side. The home is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The patio and pool are fabulous. The house is on a marine sactuary with a reef and is wonderful for snorkelling. So much marine life to see. We would swim out and then float down to the pier at the Resort. There is a ladder to get out of the ocean at the pier and then it is a short walk back to the home. Also, Rum Point is within walking distance - either by the road or the beach - where you can relax in their new outdoor bar and have a Mud Slide and appetizers. Very relaxing vacation with the family. We will be back.

The house was great, the location was convenient to groceries and activities, and the view is amazing! The home construction nextdoor began each day early morning and went until late night. I assume that eventually the properties will be divided by a better privacy fence and, of course, construction will be complete.

Love everything about this place. This was our second stay and chose it again because of its location and amenities. Hope to be back next year!

We had a wonderful trip! The weather was beautiful every day which was nice. But, it would have been great regardless. The house is beautiful! The pool and terrace are fantastic with plenty of chairs, lounges and tables and nice shade by the house if needed. The beach area is lovely and the water is divine. Super snorkeling with several sets of gear at the house. The Weber grill seems brand new and was a nice addition. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I have experienced. A main fridge and freezer is accompanied by a wine frig and smaller unit which helped with the beverages. Went to Rum Point and Kaibo for drinks and meals several times as well as some swimming during the day. Great little market just east down Rum Point Road was very convenient (and libations there were competitively priced). The TV in the house was super as was the layout in the living and indoor dining area. The views are to die for especially when you enter the front door! We never had a problem but the few times we had questions (on the TV, and so forth) we got a quick response. The communication arranging the trip and so on could not have been better. Everything from where best to get a crib (we were three generations including two grandchildren) to general inquiries about the house were answered quickly and efficiently. Also, the bedrooms and bathrooms were just perfect and the washer and dryer came in handy. The kids took the bioluminescent bay tour and a Stingray City tour from 5 min away!
