Property was absolutely amazing - the host was extremely communicative and responsive! It was just me and the woman I’m dating, however would be a perfect property for a family of 6! Lots of amenities and a great location for those looking for a slightly out of the way spot to spend time as a family or a romantic getaway! Defenatly rent a car for the location as it made life much easier! There’s also a bunch of extras such as board games and puzzles! Will stay again!

The most beautiful secluded home. The property has cute decorated spots at every turn. The view from the master bedroom and back of the house is stunning.

this was a great home , great outdoor space with amazing views of the water. Home was well kept with all amenities and well stocked kitchen. very quiet and private location. Loved the outdoor shower! We were in the water almost everyday. It can be a little rougher when the wind is up but we were prepared for that and water shoes are a must going in but were also warned alerted to this and came prepared. would definitely consider staying here again. Brooke was very responsive and all instructions where very clear.

Booked Breezy Bay for our vacation to celebrate my man’s 50th birthday with our family. We were a group of 5 & this place was spacious & comfortable for us all. This house & property is gorgeous, came with many amenities like kayaks & even cornhole. It’s centrally located on the island; not too far from the big city, but away from all the tourists. Very peaceful; in the mornings we enjoyed sipping coffee right on the beach & watching the sun set in the evenings. There were a couple days when we didn’t even leave the property. We enjoyed sunbathing, snorkeling, & kayaking on the property. Plenty of local dining near the house as well. Absolutely recommend this place & would book again.

My husband and I along with our two adult children stayed at this property for 7 nights. Our trip was centered around scuba diving. We like to stay on the North side for the quiet and access to diving. This place is perfect for that, but it’s also so comfortable and well-maintained. We really felt like we ere alone in our own little paradise.

My spouse and I stayed here for four weeks, with a one-week visit from our adult child. Every detail of the house is designed to facilitate ease and enjoyment. The separate primary suite is genius. The location is ideal for privacy, yet an easy drive to restaurants and activities. We had no issues the entire time. Brooke was an exceptional host. We are already hoping to return.

This was a fantastic property. We traveled as a family of four (kids 10-12) and two young adult family friends who we invited as childcare to watch the kids while we went scuba diving on the East End of the island (though shore diving would totally be possible). The detached master suite allowed us all to have our own space which was great. As advertised the main house has open ceilings throughout which is architecturally very cool, though expectedly not any sound-proofing… but again, this is clear from the description and it wasn’t a big issue we just had to tip toe around a bit once the kids went to bed. The wraparound porch is heavenly, we had such nice meals out there! Water access is superb, we had one calm day and took out the kayaks and snorkeled which was fabulous, I can imagine that in the spring-fall this would be possible every day, but winter NW winds make it a little more mercurial this time of year. Location on the quiet side of the island is great, it’s also got easy access to Rum Point for Bioluminescent Bay kayaking, Stingray city, Starfish Point, etc. Also just down the road from the Crystal Caves and a short drive to the Botanical Gardens, Parrot Sanctuary, quiet East End beaches, and Blow Holes. Getting over to the Southside is more of a haul (45-60 min) but worth a couple day trips.Host was super communicative and helped us navigate the finicky lockbox on check-in right away. Would 100% return!

We all loved the house! It had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, but not a far drive to get there for the day. Having the ocean view as the backyard was amazing. We would definitely rent from Brooke again!

The house was spacious and amazing. Having a private beach with the amenities of a home made this a great place. We had a few questions during the stay and Brooke was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if/when we make it back to Cayman.
