The location of the Villetta allows you to spend a holiday immersed in the quiet but a few kilometers from the beautiful seaside resort of Avola (6km) and the most famous beaches in the province of Syracuse, including Vendicarsi, Marzamemi, Isola delle Correnti.
Just 2 km from the house is the Cavagrande Cavagrande Canyon, a naturereserve that represents the most spectacular scenery of the Iblei mountains. Immersed in a beautiful natural setting, among the green hills of Avola Antica, just 6 km from the center of Avola and a few kilometers from the main sites of historical, artistic and cultural interest in the province of Syracuse, you can easily reach the beautiful NOTO (13km) , capital of Sicilian Baroque, the suggestive and unmissable island of Ortigia in SIRACUSA (25 km.).
Crossing the hills of Avola Antica you can then reach the beautiful villages of Palazzolo and Buccheri (40 km) rich in traditions, religious festivals, monuments and places of interest including food and wine.
It is also possible to plan wonderful excursions (autonomous or organized) on the Etna volcano - which is about 120km away - enjoying in every season of a unique natural landscapes and paths, from the endless expanses of chestnut groves to the crater walks and with the possibility, winter, to take advantage of the ski facilities on both sides.
The 110 sqm apartment is suitable for holidays all year round and is composed of a large living area with a sofa bed (1p and 1/2), a large kitchen with all appliances, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 shared bathroom, laundry room, heating system with thermo fireplace, large panoramic terrace opening onto a breathtaking scenery: on one side the Hermitage of the Madonna delle Grazie and on the other a pictorial glimpse of the sea of ​​Avola and the entire south coast of the province of Syracuse.
On request it is possible to have sheets, bath towels and a camping cot.
Equipped with Nepresso coffee machine with supply of capsules on request: 10 euros to be paid locally.
In winter, the cost of wood for heating is 7 euros per day.
