Pedestrian access to the beach in 5 min, by car to Mojacar in 5 min. and 10 km from Carboneras and the natural park of Cabo de Gata.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, and 3 complete bathrooms, one inside the main bedroom. Equipped kitchen, open to the dining room with a table for 8 people. The first terrace has direct access to the pool, with a table and umbrella for dining.
