Welcome to your private villa at the sunny black sea coast. Here you will find all you need for your holiday, private pool, lounge sundeck, sauna, internet and much more.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna, large outdoor pool with patio and play/tramplin area. It is located very close to Sunny Beach, Nesebar, Obzor and Irakli Beach.
The villa offers all you need for a great holiday, friend reunion, family meetings, photoshoots, hen and bachelor parties.
Close to the beach but located in a peaceful village without mass tourism flocking the streets.
For entertainment Sunny Beach is just 20 min drive away with water parks, nightlive, bars and restaurants. Irakli beach is about 5-7 min drive and Obzor city and beach is located at 15 min drive.
I will be there at arrival and checkout.
During your stay we keep contact by mobile phone and/or mobile apps
And every 3 days i will come for pool and garden maintenance.
This mainly done in the morning.
Banya is a small village but also cosmopolitan as there are almost 10 different nationalities living there.
It s a peaceful place close to the beach and untouched by mass tourism.
The beautiful nature surroundings of the village makes it wonderful to exercise and practice many outdoor sports and activities.
Local busses run daily along the coast which can/will bring you to Nessebar, Burgas, Varna, Sosopol, Obzor, Sunny Beach and many other locations.
