Casa Bán Wonderful Villa with A/C 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Private Pool & BBQ

2 weeks of peace and tranquility in a stunning location. Villa had everything we needed and more. All day sun with plenty of shady areas too and a welcome breeze on the days when the temperatures reached mid 30's. Many thanks Carl for all your help and making us feel so welcome. Just back from 2 weeks in Casa Ban the villa is just as described fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge/dining room (not that we used it as far to nice to be indoors). Main bedroom also comfy with air con that we could get perfect temperature for night time sleeping & great bathroom with fab rain shower. Outside the pool is perfect always felt warm & the selection of sun beds & shade options were great to escape the midday sun. We also enjoyed several BBQ’s & spent most of our time enjoying the sun all day big plus is having a fridge outside to keep the beers & sangria cold. You can hear traffic going by & their are dogs barking a lot nearby but that didn’t stop us from enjoying Casa Ban. Comms with Carl the host were good we had an issue with the boiler going out a couple of times & no gas to the hob & both times Carl came to sort the following day. We didnt use any nearby restaurants as was happy staying at the villa their is a good supermarket in Competa that has great butchers/cheese counter & also the shop in Canillas de Albaida was good for groceries & fresh bread. We had a wonderful stay at the Casa Ban! We loved it there! The House is clean and very very well equipped. The outdoor Area is wonderful! We stayed many days of our vacation at the House, simply because you have everything you need to have a great time there! The communication with the host Was also very very good. He helped us several Times with small Things and questions.

Really well equipped villa, lovely stay. Only downside was lack of air con in the 2 smaller bedrooms. I would recommend this villa to others

We had a lovely time. The house met our expectations perfectly. The area is quiet and friendly, perfect for a peaceful holiday. The villa itself is lovely, has everything you'd expect. The pool and pool area exceeded our expectations, and we spent the majority of our time there. Our kids loved it.

Had a great time at the villa, was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Carl was friendly and helpful.

From the first day to last this place was amazing. Stunning views from the terrace, and what a terrace, pool bbq plenty of loungers and chairs. Perfect strolling distance into Archez with a few great places to eat. Slightly further up the hill into Canillas with many more, small supermarket, butchers etc. Carl was always on hand if needed, great place!

We rented this house for 4 days. It is a nice house with a nice view and necessary utensils. The main bedroom had AC and the other bedrooms had fan. So for very varm day maybe the fans are not enough. Overall the house and the location is nice and as explained in VRBO
