Carolina Casita, short walk to tiki bar and beach

This was a fantastic spot! It was clean and spacious with lots of rooms that had privacy. Many restrooms so we didn't have to fight over toilets or showers. A/C was good and there are fans too. The balconies are great to step out and enjoy the outside. The owner replied promptly in communication and was clear. The area is within walking distance of the beach (5 minute walk) and downtown area (15 minute walk). I highly recommend!

This property was great for the price and location to the beach. Very nice and comfort beds! We enjoyed our trip!

Only negative thing about the whole trip was the fact that the elevator wasn’t accessible like others said. Made it a workout to get all of our stuff up to the top floor. However extremely clean and well decorated! Easy walk to the tiki bar where we saw fireworks and an easy walk to the beach every day. Ping pong table in the garage was a nice touch as well!!! would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Relaxing weekend at the Carolina Beach would not have been successful without the wonderful accommodations at the house! Beautiful home - clean, light and airy, and just a great place to relax!

Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. There are a lot of upgraded features in the home that really make it feel luxurious. There are some features that are not accessible by guests (elevator, bikes, beach supplies) however it did have a charcoal grill with all supplies, ping pong table, board games, ample amount of kitchen supplies, soft close cabinets, water filter, huge TVs, nice washer and dryer and super comfy beds! I wish there were extra blankets since it was a little chilly when we went & a baby gate would have been nice for the stairs, but we improvised & really enjoyed our stay. It was also an easy walk to the beach & could easily fit 4 cars in the driveway.

What a great find! This place has it all! Located minutes from Kure Beach, comfortable bedrooms each with their own bath and a great kitchen/living room. Lots of stairs! There is an elevator but it was locked off. It would have been nice to use it to bring our luggage up to the upper levels. We managed though and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, new property that is well stocked. My husband and I had our daughter, SIL, and four grandchildren with us. The house accommodated us very well. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to ensure comfort and privacy. The walk to the beach was about 4 blocks and was easy for all of us. The property manager was readily accessible, and we would highly recommend this location.

This was a wonderful beach get away. House was clean and exactly as pictured. A few little things were missing such as bath mats to step out on and no tissues were in the house. There is an elevator, but guests don’t have access to it. The house has 2 flights of stairs and main floor is on the top floor . Would have been nice to have used it for unloading things.
